حضور نوعي ومشاركة فاعلة لفتيات الكشافة في الحج، يؤكد تمكين الفتيات ضمن القطاع الكشفي في المشاعر المقدسة عبر معسكر فتيات الكشافة في مشعر منى، الذي تم افتتاحه للمشاركة في خدمة ضيوف الرحمن.
وأكدت رئيس لجنة فتيات الكشافة الأميرة سما بنت فيصل بن عبدالله، أن الفتيات أثبتن كفاءتهن العالية وقدرتهن على تمثيل المملكة في مختلف الميادين الكشفية، مشيدة بالتطور الملموس في معسكرات الفتيات من حيث التجهيزات والتخطيط والتنفيذ. وقالت: إن ما نشهده اليوم هو ثمرة سنوات من العمل الجماعي، والرؤية أصبحت أكثر وضوحاً، والتقدم أكثر حضوراً. موجهة شكرها لكل من أسهم في تمكين الفتيات، خصوصاً القادة والقائدات الذين عملوا بإخلاص خلف الكواليس. وأشارت إلى أن المرحلة القادمة ستشهد مزيداً من التمكين والمبادرات النوعية، بقيادة فتيات مؤهلات لتمثيل الكشافة السعودية محلياً وعالمياً، بما يعزز من مكانة المملكة في الساحات الكشفية الدولية.
من جانبه، أكد نائب رئيس جمعية الكشافة العربية السعودية المشرف العام على معسكرات الخدمة العامة الدكتور عبدالرحمن المديرس، أن الجمعية تشهد تحولاً نوعياً في تمكين الفتيات ضمن القطاع الكشفي، مشدداً على أن ما تحقق في هذا الجانب يمثل نقلة استراتيجية تواكب مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030.
وأوضح، أن الجمعية بدأت استعداداتها المبكرة لموسم حج 1446هـ تحت شعار «عند النهاية تكون البداية»، مع التركيز على الجودة والابتكار ضمن خطة مؤسسية واضحة، تنفّذها لجنة محايدة لرصد الإنجازات واستكشاف فرص التطوير. وأكد، التزام الجمعية بدعم العنصر النسائي، وتمكين الفتيات من قيادة البرامج والمبادرات على المستويين المحلي والدولي، معتبراً ذلك توجهاً إستراتيجياً يعزّز مكانة الكشافة السعودية في مختلف المحافل.
يشار إلى أن المراحل الكشفية لفتيات الكشافة السعودية تتكون من خمس مراحل، هي: البراعم (الفئة العمرية 5 - 8 سنوات)، تليها الفراشات (الفئة العمرية 9 - 11 عاماً)، تعقبها كشافة الفتيات (الفئة العمرية لهن من 12 - 14 عاماً)، ورابع مراحل الكشفية النسائية هن المتقدمات (الفئة العمرية من 15 - 17 عاماً)، وآخر المراحل هي الجوالة (الفئة العمرية من 18 - 26 عاماً).

A qualitative presence and effective participation of Girl Scouts in Hajj confirms the empowerment of girls within the scouting sector in the holy sites through the Girl Scouts camp in Mina, which was opened to participate in serving the guests of Allah.
The Chairwoman of the Girl Scouts Committee, Princess Sama bint Faisal bin Abdullah, affirmed that the girls have proven their high competence and ability to represent the Kingdom in various scouting fields, praising the tangible development in the girls' camps in terms of preparations, planning, and execution. She stated: What we are witnessing today is the fruit of years of teamwork, the vision has become clearer, and the progress more evident. She expressed her gratitude to everyone who contributed to empowering the girls, especially the leaders who worked diligently behind the scenes. She pointed out that the upcoming phase will witness further empowerment and qualitative initiatives, led by qualified girls to represent Saudi scouting locally and globally, enhancing the Kingdom's status in international scouting arenas.
For his part, the Vice President of the Saudi Arabian Scout Association and the General Supervisor of Public Service Camps, Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Mudayris, confirmed that the association is witnessing a qualitative transformation in empowering girls within the scouting sector, emphasizing that what has been achieved in this regard represents a strategic shift that aligns with the objectives of Vision 2030.
He explained that the association has begun its early preparations for the Hajj season of 1446 AH under the slogan "At the End is the Beginning," focusing on quality and innovation within a clear institutional plan, implemented by a neutral committee to monitor achievements and explore development opportunities. He affirmed the association's commitment to supporting the female element and empowering girls to lead programs and initiatives at both local and international levels, considering this a strategic direction that enhances the status of Saudi scouting in various forums.
It is noteworthy that the scouting stages for Saudi Girl Scouts consist of five stages: the Buds (age group 5 - 8 years), followed by the Butterflies (age group 9 - 11 years), then the Girl Scouts (age group 12 - 14 years), the fourth stage is the Seniors (age group 15 - 17 years), and the last stage is the Rover Scouts (age group 18 - 26 years).
