أنهت نيابة الحج والعمرة تحقيقاتها مع مقيمَين قاما بنشر إعلانات مضللة تتضمن تنظيم حملة حج وهمية، وتقديم خدمات غير نظامية.
وتم إيقافهما وإقامة الدعوى الجزائية العامة ضدهما أمام المحكمة المختصة وصدر بحقهما حكم قضائي بسجنهما مدة سنة و4 أشهر وغرامات مالية متفرقة ومصادرة الأجهزة المستخدمة في الجريمة.
وتؤكد النيابة العامة استمرارها في تحريك الدعاوى الجزائية العامة المشددة ضد كل من تسوّل له نفسه العبث بحرمة هذه الشعيرة أو استغلالها للإخلال بأمن الحج وسلامة الحجاج. وتهيب بالجميع ضرورة الالتزام التام بأنظمة وتعليمات الحج، وعدم الانسياق خلف الإعلانات المضللة أو الجهات غير المرخصة.
The Public Prosecution for Hajj and Umrah has concluded its investigations with two residents who published misleading advertisements involving the organization of a fake Hajj campaign and providing unauthorized services.
They were arrested, and a public criminal case was filed against them before the competent court, which issued a judicial ruling sentencing them to one year and four months in prison, along with various financial fines and the confiscation of the devices used in the crime.
The Public Prosecution confirms its continued efforts to initiate strict public criminal cases against anyone who dares to tamper with the sanctity of this ritual or exploit it to disrupt the security of Hajj and the safety of pilgrims. It urges everyone to fully comply with the regulations and instructions of Hajj and not to be swayed by misleading advertisements or unlicensed entities.
