Today, the Minister of Interior, Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, met with the Director General of Drug Control, Major General Mohammed bin Saeed Al-Qarni, and the drug control leaders in the Makkah region.

At the beginning of the meeting, he conveyed the greetings of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and the Crown Prince, Prime Minister Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, to everyone, affirming that under the guidance and support of the leadership, security efforts continue across all regions of the Kingdom to combat drugs and track down traffickers and dealers.

The Minister of Interior praised the significant role played by the drug control officers in the Makkah region and their colleagues in the security sectors in maintaining the safety and security of the nation and its citizens.

During the meeting, he was briefed on a visual presentation that showcased the efforts made by the drug control officers in the region.
