تنظم وزارة البيئة والمياه والزراعة، صباح غد (الخميس)، في الرياض، ورشة عمل متخصصة لبحث آلية بيع المواشي الحية بالوزن، ورسم الخطوط الجديدة في تاريخ ضبط وتنظيم الحظائر، فالمواشي اليوم لا تُسام بالنظر، بل تُوزن في دفتر السعر والميزان.وعلمت «عكاظ»، عن تجهيز دعوات خاصة للحضور منهم مديرو مدن الأنعام وعدد من المهتمين والمختصين في المجال.وتأتي الورشة، ضمن جهود الوزارة لتفعيل الآليات والمعايير الجديدة التي أعلنتها في رجب الماضي، والمتعلقة ببيع المواشي في أسواق النفع العام وفق نظام الوزن، والمقرر تطبيقها رسمياً ابتداءً من 1 محرم 1447هـ، بما يحقق العدالة لكل من المنتج والمستهلك.وأوضح وكيل الوزارة المساعد للمنشآت والخدمات الزراعية المساندة المهندس محمد العبداللطيف، أن الوزارة وضعت الآليات المنظمة لبيع المواشي الحية عن طريق الأوزان، لضمان تطبيق المعايير التي تكفل تداولها وبيعها للمستهلكين، وتحقيق أقصى فائدة مرجوة من هذا الإجراء بما ينعكس بشكل إيجابي على قطاع الثروة الحيوانية في المملكة.يُشار إلى أن الوزارة تشترط على مستوردي الماشية الحية، بجانب الاشتراطات الصحية، وأذونات الاستيراد إثبات تطبيق برنامج الاستدامة البيئية (الأوزان القياسية للمواشي، والإجراءات التنفيذية لأوزان الإرساليات، والتحصين)، مما يسهم في تطبيق آليات بيع المواشي الحية بالوزن بالشكل الصحيح.«عكاظ»، علمت أن أبرز ما تتم مناقشته في الورشة تحديد الوزن قبل الذبح، وكيفية معرفة ما إذا تم إطعامها الحب والبرسيم والماء قبيل البيع مباشرة والقرون وذوات الفرو الوفير، فهذه العوامل طبقاً للمصدر تساهم في زيادة الوزن للذبيحة، إضافة لآلية احتساب السعر بحسب النوع، سواءً للإبل أو الأغنام وتفريعاتها كالنجدي والحرّي والنعيمي والسواكني والماعز وغيرها.

The Ministry of Environment, Water, and Agriculture is organizing a specialized workshop tomorrow morning (Thursday) in Riyadh to discuss the mechanism for selling live livestock by weight and to outline new regulations for the control and organization of livestock pens. Livestock today is not sold by appearance but is weighed in the price ledger and scales. "Okaz" learned that special invitations have been prepared for attendees, including directors of livestock cities and several interested parties and specialists in the field. This workshop is part of the ministry's efforts to activate the new mechanisms and standards announced last Rajab, related to selling livestock in public markets according to a weight system, which is set to be officially implemented starting from 1 Muharram 1447 AH, ensuring fairness for both producers and consumers. The Assistant Undersecretary for Agricultural Support Services and Facilities, Engineer Mohammed Al-Abdulatif, explained that the ministry has established organized mechanisms for selling live livestock by weight to ensure the application of standards that guarantee their trading and sale to consumers, achieving the maximum expected benefit from this procedure, which will positively reflect on the livestock sector in the Kingdom. It is worth noting that the ministry requires live livestock importers, in addition to health requirements and import permits, to prove the implementation of the environmental sustainability program (standard weights for livestock, executive procedures for shipment weights, and vaccination), which contributes to the correct application of the mechanism for selling live livestock by weight. "Okaz" learned that the main topics to be discussed in the workshop include determining the weight before slaughter, how to know if they were fed grains, alfalfa, and water just before sale, as well as the horns and those with abundant fur. According to the source, these factors contribute to increasing the weight of the carcass, in addition to the mechanism for calculating the price based on the type, whether for camels or sheep and their subdivisions such as Najdi, Harri, Naeemi, Sawakini, goats, and others.
