رفع القنصل العام لدولة فلسطين السفير محمود يحيى الأسدي، الشكر والتقدير والامتنان لخادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز، وولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء الأمير محمد بن سلمان، بمناسبة صدور الأمر الكريم باستضافة 1,000 من ذوي الشهداء والأسرى والجرحى الفلسطينيين لأداء مناسك الحج.
وقال لـ «عكاظ»: إن المكرمة التي خص بها خادم الحرمين الشريفين، أبناء الشعب الفلسطيني، إكراماً وتقديراً لأسر الشهداء الذين ضحوا بأرواحهم دفاعاً عن أرضهم سيكون لها الأثر الكبير في نفوسهم، وستخفف من آلامهم ومعاناتهم، في ظل الظروف الصعبة وحرب الإبادة الجماعية التي تقوم بها دولة الاحتلال الإسرائيلي.
وأضاف القنصل الأسدي، أن المكرمة تأتي امتداداً لمواقف خادم الحرمين الشريفين الثابتة من القضية الفلسطينية، ودعمها ومناصرتها في المحافل كافة.
كما تقدم الأسدي، بالشكر والعرفان للمملكة قيادة وحكومة شعباً، على الكرم السخي والعطاء غير المحدود، إذ كانت وما زالت وستظل داعماً أساسيّاً للشعب الفلسطيني وتحقيق العدالة له ورفع الظلم عنه.

The Consul General of the State of Palestine, Ambassador Mahmoud Yahya Al-Asadi, expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and the Crown Prince, Prime Minister Prince Mohammed bin Salman, on the occasion of the royal decree to host 1,000 relatives of martyrs, prisoners, and wounded Palestinians to perform the Hajj rituals.
He told "Okaz": The honor bestowed by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques on the Palestinian people, in recognition and appreciation of the families of the martyrs who sacrificed their lives defending their land, will have a significant impact on their souls and will alleviate their pain and suffering amidst the difficult circumstances and the genocide being perpetrated by the Israeli occupation state.
Al-Asadi added that this honor is a continuation of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' steadfast positions on the Palestinian cause, supporting and advocating for it in all forums.
He also expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the Kingdom, its leadership, and its people for their generous and limitless giving, as it has been, and will continue to be, a fundamental supporter of the Palestinian people in achieving justice and lifting oppression from them.
