نظمت أمانة المنطقة الشرقية، أمس (الإثنين)، ورشة عمل بعنوان (التطوع.. أثر يبقى) بأحد فنادق الدمام، بمشاركة 250 متطوعاً ومتطوعة، في إطار سعيها لتفعيل دور المشاركة المجتمعية.
وهدفت الورشة إلى تطوير مهارات المتطوعين وتمكينهم من تنفيذ مبادرات نوعية ذات أثر ملموس في المجتمع، بما ينعكس إيجاباً على جودة الخدمات البلدية والإسكانية، ويواكب تطلعات واحتياجات المجتمع المحلي.
وشملت الورشة محاور متعددة في مجال العمل التطوعي، ركزت على آليات التخطيط والتنفيذ للمبادرات المجتمعية، وأفضل الممارسات لتعزيز الاستدامة والأثر طويل المدى للمشاريع التطوعية.
وتأتي هذه الورشة ضمن جهود أمانة الشرقية ممثلة في الإدارة العامة للمشاركة المجتمعية، لدعم وتمكين المتطوعين، ورفع كفاءة العمل المجتمعي، انسجاماً مع مستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030 في تعزيز ثقافة التطوع ورفع عدد المتطوعين.
The Eastern Province Municipality organized a workshop titled (Volunteering... A Lasting Impact) yesterday (Monday) at a hotel in Dammam, with the participation of 250 male and female volunteers, as part of its efforts to activate the role of community participation.
The workshop aimed to develop the skills of volunteers and empower them to implement quality initiatives that have a tangible impact on the community, positively reflecting on the quality of municipal and housing services, and aligning with the aspirations and needs of the local community.
The workshop included multiple topics in the field of volunteer work, focusing on the mechanisms of planning and implementing community initiatives, as well as best practices to enhance sustainability and the long-term impact of volunteer projects.
This workshop is part of the Eastern Province Municipality's efforts, represented by the General Administration for Community Participation, to support and empower volunteers, and to enhance the efficiency of community work, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 to promote a culture of volunteering and increase the number of volunteers.
