أمير نجران يُدشّن المنصة الرقمية الداخلية للتخطيط الإستراتيجي بالإمارة

The Emir of Najran, Prince Jalawi bin Abdulaziz bin Musaed, today inaugurated the internal digital platform for strategic planning at the Emirate, which is overseen by the General Administration of Human Resources, in collaboration with the Ministry of Interior Development Program.
The platform relies on generative artificial intelligence technologies to prepare and manage strategic plans.
The Emir of Najran emphasized the importance of employing modern technologies and artificial intelligence in developing institutional work, improving planning efficiency, and measuring performance, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 and the Ministry of Interior.
The Emir of Najran stressed the importance of continuously updating the platform, keeping pace with digital developments, adhering to information security and data protection requirements, and ensuring its accuracy and reliability, which enhances usability and supports decision-making.
The inauguration was attended by the Emirate's Deputy, Maher bin Saleh Al-Mouns, the Deputy for Security Affairs, Fahd bin Saad Al-Sharyan, the assistant deputies, and several general directors at the Emirate.
The platform aims to enhance governance and institutional excellence, improve performance efficiency, and support decision-making, while automating the strategic planning cycle, linking strategic, sectoral, and operational plans with executive initiatives and performance indicators, and analyzing inputs and data to convert them into indicators that contribute to prioritizing and monitoring implementation.
The platform also provides analytical reports and interactive indicator dashboards, along with digital archiving of plans and initiatives, which enhances the sustainability of institutional knowledge, in addition to linking budgets with goals and initiatives, which contributes to improving spending efficiency and directing resources towards strategic priorities.
The developmental phases of the platform include establishing an information center and supporting smart developmental decision-making, to serve as a reference for data and indicators, contributing to anticipating opportunities, monitoring challenges, and supporting developmental decision-making in the region.
