سجلت المنافذ الجمركية البرية والبحرية والجوية 996 حالة ضبط للممنوعات؛ في إطار الجهود المستمرة التي تبذلها هيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك «زاتكا» لتعزيز الجانب الأمني وحماية المجتمع من الممنوعات بمختلف أنواعها وأشكالها.
وشملت الأصناف المضبوطة 25 صنفاً من المواد المخدرة، مثل: الحشيش، والكوكايين، والهيروين، والشبو، وحبوب الكبتاجون، وغيرها، إضافةً إلى 219 صنفاً من المواد المحظورة.
كما شهدت المنافذ الجمركية إحباط تهريب 759 صنفاً من التبغ ومشتقاته، إلى جانب 11 صنفاً من المبالغ المالية.
وأكدت «زاتكا» أنها ماضية في إحكام الرقابة الجمركية على واردات وصادرات المملكة؛ تحقيقاً لأمن المجتمع وحمايته، وذلك بالتعاون والتنسيق المتواصل مع جميع شركائها من الجهات ذات العلاقة.
ودعت «زاتكا» في الوقت ذاته الجميع إلى الإسهام في مكافحة التهريب لحماية المجتمع والاقتصاد الوطني. وتستقبل الهيئة من خلال هذه القنوات استقبال البلاغات المرتبطة بجرائم التهريب ومخالفات أحكام نظام الجمارك الموحد بسرية تامة، مع منح مكافأة مالية للمبلغ في حال صحة معلومات البلاغ.
The land, sea, and air customs ports recorded 996 cases of seizures of prohibited items; as part of the ongoing efforts made by the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority "ZATCA" to enhance security and protect the community from various types and forms of prohibited items.
The seized items included 25 types of narcotic substances, such as: hashish, cocaine, heroin, shabu, Captagon pills, among others, in addition to 219 types of banned materials.
The customs ports also thwarted the smuggling of 759 types of tobacco and its derivatives, along with 11 types of cash amounts.
ZATCA confirmed that it is continuing to tighten customs control over the imports and exports of the Kingdom; to achieve community security and protection, in cooperation and continuous coordination with all its partners from the relevant authorities.
At the same time, ZATCA called on everyone to contribute to combating smuggling to protect the community and the national economy. The authority receives reports related to smuggling crimes and violations of the unified customs system in complete confidentiality through these channels, with a financial reward granted to the informant if the information provided is accurate.
