سجلت هيئة النقل 94321 مخالفة، ووجهت 11107 إنذارات، وحجزت 3449 مركبة وشاحنة، منها 249 مركبة لمخالفين داخل مطارات السعودية عقب 363049 عملية فحص رقابية على أنشطة النقل البري خلال شهر سبتمبر للتحقق من مدى الالتزام بالأنظمة والاشتراطات المنظمة لأنشطة النقل، وتعزيز السلامة ورفع جودة الخدمات المقدمة للمستفيدين. وبيّنت الهيئة أن أبرز المخالفات المرصودة تمثلت في ممارسة النشاط دون الحصول على بطاقة سائق، وعدم توفر متطلبات السلامة أو عدم صلاحيتها بحسب نوع المركبة والمواد المنقولة، وممارسة النشاط ببطاقة سائق مهني منتهية، وتشغيل حافلة دون الحصول على بطاقة تشغيل، وقيام الفرد بالأعمال التحضيرية لنقل الركاب بالسيارة الخاصة دون الحصول على ترخيص. وشملت الأنشطة الأكثر تسجيلاً للمخالفات النقل المتخصص، والنقل الثقيل للبضائع لأغراض تجارية للغير (منشآت)، والنقل الخاص للركاب بالحافلات، والنقل الثقيل للبضائع لأغراض غير تجارية.
وتصدرت منطقة مكة المكرمة المخالفات بـ23303 مخالفة، تلتها منطقة الرياض بـ22266 مخالفة، ثم المنطقة الشرقية بـ16709 مخالفة، والمدينة المنورة بـ6423 مخالفة، وتبوك بـ6254 مخالفة، وعسير بـ4464 مخالفة، إلى جانب مخالفات أخرى في مناطق متفرقة.
The Transport Authority recorded 94,321 violations, issued 11,107 warnings, and impounded 3,449 vehicles and trucks, including 249 vehicles belonging to violators inside Saudi airports, following 363,049 regulatory inspection operations on land transport activities during the month of September to verify compliance with the regulations and requirements governing transport activities, enhance safety, and improve the quality of services provided to beneficiaries. The Authority indicated that the most notable violations observed included operating without a driver’s card, lack of safety requirements or their unsuitability according to the type of vehicle and transported materials, operating with an expired professional driver’s card, operating a bus without obtaining an operating card, and individuals conducting preparatory work for passenger transport in private vehicles without obtaining a license. The activities with the highest recorded violations included specialized transport, heavy goods transport for commercial purposes for others (establishments), private passenger transport by buses, and heavy goods transport for non-commercial purposes.
The Makkah region topped the violations with 23,303 violations, followed by the Riyadh region with 22,266 violations, then the Eastern region with 16,709 violations, Medina with 6,423 violations, Tabuk with 6,254 violations, and Asir with 4,464 violations, in addition to other violations in various regions.
