عقد مجلس النيابة العامة اليوم جلسته برئاسة النائب العام رئيس المجلس الدكتور خالد بن محمد اليوسف، وناقش خلالها عدداً من الموضوعات المدرجة على جدول أعماله، واتخذ حيالها عدداً من القرارات التنظيمية والإدارية، شملت تطوير وتأهيل الكفاءات، والترقيات، والنقل والندب.
ففي جانب التطوير والتأهيل القانوني، وافق المجلس على إيفاد (79) عضواً من النيابة العامة لدراسة الدبلوم العالي للعلوم القانونية بمعهد الإدارة العامة، إسهاماً في تنمية القدرات العلمية والمهنية للمحققين، وتعزيز كفاءتهم في مباشرة أعمالهم واختصاصاتهم.
ووافق المجلس على ترقية عدد من أعضاء النيابة العامة، ونقل وندب عدد منهم، لمواكبة احتياجات العمل وتعزيز الاستفادة من الكفاءات في مختلف النيابات.
وبحث المجلس عدداً من الموضوعات التنظيمية والإدارية ذات الصلة بأعمال النيابة العامة، واتخذ بشأنها القرارات اللازمة وفقاً للأنظمة واللوائح المنظمة.
وتأتي قرارات المجلس في إطار جهود النيابة العامة المستمرة لتطوير منظومة العمل، والاستثمار في الكفاءات البشرية، ورفع كفاءة الأداء المؤسسي، وتعزيز جودة الأعمال النيابية.
The Public Prosecution Council held its session today under the chairmanship of the Attorney General, Dr. Khalid bin Mohammed Al-Yousef, during which it discussed a number of topics on its agenda and made several organizational and administrative decisions, including the development and qualification of competencies, promotions, transfers, and secondments.
In the area of legal development and qualification, the council approved sending (79) members of the Public Prosecution to study for a higher diploma in legal sciences at the Institute of Public Administration, contributing to the enhancement of the scientific and professional capabilities of investigators and strengthening their competencies in carrying out their duties and responsibilities.
The council also approved the promotion of several members of the Public Prosecution, as well as the transfer and secondment of some, to meet work needs and enhance the utilization of competencies across various prosecution offices.
The council discussed several organizational and administrative matters related to the work of the Public Prosecution and made the necessary decisions in accordance with the relevant regulations and laws.
The council's decisions come as part of the ongoing efforts of the Public Prosecution to develop the work system, invest in human competencies, enhance institutional performance efficiency, and improve the quality of prosecutorial work.
