تحت رعاية ولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء رئيس مجلس إدارة مؤسسة مركز الرياض للتقنية الحيوية الأمير محمد بن سلمان، يفتتح وزير الحرس الوطني عضو مجلس إدارة مؤسسة مركز الرياض للتقنية الحيوية الأمير عبدالله بن بندر بن عبدالعزيز، يوم الإثنين القادم، قمة الرياض العالمية للتقنية الحيوية الطبية في نسختها الرابعة التي ستقام خلال الفترة 3-5 ربيع الآخر 1448هـ الموافق 14-16 سبتمبر 2026 في مدينة الرياض.
وتجمع القمة نخبة من الخبراء والباحثين والمبتكرين والمستثمرين وصناع القرار من مختلف أنحاء العالم، لبحث مستجدات قطاع التقنية الحيوية الطبية واستشراف آفاقه المستقبلية.
وأكدت الشؤون الصحية بوزارة الحرس الوطني أن رعاية ولي العهد تعكس ما يحظى به قطاع التقنية الحيوية الطبية من اهتمام ودعم القيادة، وما تمثله القمة من أهمية في تعزيز حضور المملكة على خريطة الابتكار العالمي، إلى جانب إبراز ما تشهده المنظومة الوطنية من تطور في مجال البحث والتطوير في التقنية الحيوية الطبية، وفتح آفاق أوسع للتعاون الدولي والشراكات النوعية.
وتأتي القمة بتنظيم من وزارة الحرس الوطني ممثلة بالشؤون الصحية، وجامعة الملك سعود بن عبدالعزيز للعلوم الصحية (كاساو)، ومركز الملك عبدالله العالمي للأبحاث (كيمارك)، وبالشراكة مع وزارة الاستثمار، وتستهدف تعزيز مكانة الرياض مركزاً عالمياً للابتكار في التقنية الحيوية الطبية، من خلال استعراض أحدث التقنيات والابتكارات، ومناقشة الفرص الاستثمارية الواعدة، وتعزيز التعاون بين الكفاءات العلمية والجهات البحثية والشركات العالمية، وإبراز تكامل القطاعات الحكومية، بما يسهم في نمو القطاع وتوسيع أثره الاقتصادي والصحي، ويواكب مستهدفات الإستراتيجية الوطنية للتقنية الحيوية ورؤية السعودية 2030، وللمزيد عن القمة يمكن زيارة الرابط: rgmbs.org.
Under the patronage of His Royal Highness the Crown Prince, Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Board of the Riyadh Biotechnology Center, Prince Mohammed bin Salman, the Minister of National Guard and Board Member of the Riyadh Biotechnology Center, Prince Abdullah bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, will inaugurate the 4th Global Riyadh Summit on Medical Biotechnology next Monday. The summit will take place from the 3rd to the 5th of Rabi' al-Thani 1448 AH, corresponding to September 14-16, 2026, in the city of Riyadh.
The summit will bring together a select group of experts, researchers, innovators, investors, and decision-makers from around the world to discuss the latest developments in the medical biotechnology sector and explore its future prospects.
The Health Affairs of the Ministry of National Guard confirmed that the Crown Prince's sponsorship reflects the attention and support that the medical biotechnology sector receives from the leadership, as well as the importance of the summit in enhancing the Kingdom's presence on the global innovation map. It also highlights the advancements in the national system in the field of research and development in medical biotechnology and opens broader horizons for international cooperation and quality partnerships.
The summit is organized by the Ministry of National Guard, represented by Health Affairs, King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences (KSAU-HS), King Abdullah Global Research Center (KIMARC), in partnership with the Ministry of Investment. It aims to enhance Riyadh's position as a global center for innovation in medical biotechnology by showcasing the latest technologies and innovations, discussing promising investment opportunities, strengthening cooperation among scientific talents, research entities, and global companies, and highlighting the integration of government sectors, contributing to the growth of the sector and expanding its economic and health impact.
