أتاحت الأحوال المدنية للمواطنين والمواطنات غير القادرين على زيارة مكاتبها طلب خدمة «تقدير» عبر منصة أبشر.
وتسمح الخدمة للسعوديين والسعوديات طلب زيارة موظف أو موظفة الأحوال المدنية إلى مكان تواجدهم؛ لتقديم خدمات الهوية الوطنية.
وتشمل الفئات المستفيدة من الخدمة كبار السن ممن تبلغ أعمارهم 85 عاماً فأكثر، الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة، المرضى الذين تحول حالتهم الصحية دون زيارة مكاتب الأحوال المدنية والنساء خلال فترة الحداد.
ويشترط للاستفادة من الخدمة امتلاك المستفيد حساباً مفعلاً (هوية رقمية) في منصة أبشر وعدم وجود طلب قائم أو سابق لنفس الخدمة قيد المعالجة في النظام والإقرار والالتزام بصحة كافة البيانات والمعلومات المدخلة في النموذج الإلكتروني.
The Civil Affairs has enabled citizens who are unable to visit its offices to request the "Taqdeer" service through the Absher platform.
This service allows Saudi men and women to request a visit from a Civil Affairs employee to their location to provide national identity services.
The groups eligible for this service include the elderly aged 85 years and older, persons with disabilities, patients whose health conditions prevent them from visiting Civil Affairs offices, and women during the mourning period.
To benefit from the service, the beneficiary must have an active account (digital identity) on the Absher platform and must not have an existing or previous request for the same service being processed in the system, as well as acknowledge and commit to the accuracy of all data and information entered in the electronic form.
