أكّدت وزارة الداخلية، أن صاحب العمل من الأفراد الذي يمكّن عمالته من العمل لدى الغير أو لحسابهم الخاص سيُعرّض نفسه لعقوبات نظامية، تشمل غرامة مالية تصل إلى 100 ألف ريال، والسجن لمدة تصل إلى ستة أشهر، إضافة إلى الحرمان من الاستقدام لمدة تصل إلى خمس سنوات.
ودعت الوزارة الجميع، إلى الالتزام بأنظمة الإقامة والعمل وأمن الحدود، والإبلاغ عن أي مخالفات يتم رصدها، مؤكدة استمرار الحملات الرقابية لضبط المخالفين وتطبيق الأنظمة بحقهم.
The Ministry of Interior confirmed that employers who allow their workers to work for others or for their own account will expose themselves to regulatory penalties, including a financial fine of up to 100,000 riyals, imprisonment for up to six months, in addition to a ban on recruitment for up to five years.
The ministry urged everyone to comply with residency and labor regulations and border security, and to report any violations observed, emphasizing the continuation of monitoring campaigns to apprehend violators and enforce regulations against them.
