فيما تغلق المنصة الوطنية الموحدة «قبول»، اليوم (الإثنين)، أعمال قبول خريجي وخريجات الثانوية العامة في الجامعات وكليات التدريب التقني والمهني للعام الجامعي الحالي، بدأت المنصة في استقبال طلبات التقديم على مسار «الرواد»، ضمن برنامج خادم الحرمين للابتعاث الخارجي لدراسة درجتي البكالوريوس والماجستير في 30 جامعة عالمية بالولايات المتحدة الأمريكية وبريطانيا والصين واليابان وسنغافورة وسويسرا وكندا وفرنسا، ويستمر التقديم حتى يوم الخامس عشر من نوفمبر للعام الميلادي الحالي 2026.
وبينت وزارة التعليم، أنه إضافة إلى انطباق الشروط العامة على المتقدم للابتعاث، يجب أن تتوافر الشروط التالية: أن يكون القبول من أفضل 30 مؤسسة تعليمية حسب قائمة البرامج في هذا المسار، وأن يكون القبول نهائياً غير مشروط، وأن يكون صادراً من مكتب القبول والتسجيل في الجامعة المعتمدة في قائمة البرنامج، إلا إذا كانت الدولة غير ناطقة باللغة الإنجليزية، فيمكن أن يكون القبول مشروطاً بدراسة لغة الدولة ويُتاح الابتعاث لدراسة اللغة.
وأشارت وزارة التعليم إلى أنه يتعين الحصول على قبول مباشر غير مشروط من إحدى الجامعات الـ30 الأفضل عالمياً والمحددة من البرنامج.
وأوضحت، أنه يمكن للراغبين التقديم على أكثر من طلب مختلف في المسار أو الجامعة أو التخصص، وسيتم قبول طلب واحد للمتقدم وفقاً لنتائج المفاضلة، وأن التقديم يشمل جميع التخصصات التي يريدها الطالب، وبإمكان الطلاب الدارسين على حسابهم الخاص التقديم على المسار عند انطباق الشروط العامة للابتعاث والشروط الخاصة للمسار، ويمكن للراغبين في دراسة الماجستير اختيار تخصص آخر غير تخصص شهادة البكالوريوس.
يشار إلى أن «مسار الرواد»، يهدف لابتعاث الطلاب لأفضل 30 مؤسسة تعليمية في العالم مما يساهم في رفع كفاءة رأس المال البشري، وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة تحقيقاً لمتطلبات وطموحات رؤية المملكة 2030.
While the national unified platform "Qabul" closes today (Monday) the acceptance of high school graduates for universities and technical and vocational training colleges for the current academic year, the platform has started receiving applications for the "Ruwad" track, part of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Program for External Scholarship to study for bachelor's and master's degrees at 30 global universities in the United States, the United Kingdom, China, Japan, Singapore, Switzerland, Canada, and France. Applications will continue until November 15 of the current Gregorian year 2026.
The Ministry of Education indicated that, in addition to the general conditions applying to scholarship applicants, the following conditions must be met: acceptance must be from one of the top 30 educational institutions according to the program list for this track, the acceptance must be final and unconditional, and it must be issued by the admissions office at the accredited university listed in the program, unless the country is non-English speaking, in which case acceptance may be conditional upon studying the language of the country, and scholarship is available for language study.
The Ministry of Education pointed out that applicants must obtain direct unconditional acceptance from one of the 30 best universities globally specified by the program.
It clarified that those interested can apply for more than one different application in the track, university, or specialization, and only one application will be accepted for the applicant based on the results of the competition. The application includes all specializations that the student desires, and students studying at their own expense can apply for the track if the general scholarship conditions and the specific conditions for the track are met. Those wishing to study for a master's degree can choose a specialization different from their bachelor's degree.
It is noteworthy that the "Ruwad" track aims to send students to the best 30 educational institutions in the world, contributing to enhancing the efficiency of human capital and achieving sustainable development in line with the requirements and aspirations of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
