أسفرت حملة ميدانية نفذتها أمانة محافظة جدة في حي «الخمرة» عن التعامل مع أكثر من 1,300 طن من الملابس المستعملة التي كانت تُعرض وتُتداول بصورة عشوائية، ضمن أعمال معالجة مواقع البيع غير النظامية ومتابعة الممارسات المخالفة داخل الأحياء.
وأوضحت وكالة البلديات الفرعية بالأمانة أن أعمال الفرق الميدانية أسفرت عن إزالة وإتلاف 270 بسطة عشوائية بعد استكمال الإجراءات المتبعة في الموقع بالتزامن مع مواصلة فرق الرقابة أعمالها لحصر المخالفات ومعالجة آثار النشاط العشوائي.
وشملت الحملة ضبط مخالفين واتخاذ الإجراءات النظامية بحقهم من قبل الجهة المعنية، في إطار متابعة الأنشطة غير النظامية المرتبطة بمواقع «البيع العشوائي» والحد من عودتها أو انتقالها إلى مواقع أخرى داخل النطاق.
وبيّنت الوكالة أن الفرق الميدانية رحّلت 11 طناً من المضبوطات إلى المردم، فيما امتدت الأعمال إلى تنظيف الموقع وإزالة المخلفات وإعادة تهيئته عقب انتهاء عمليات الضبط والإزالة.
وتواصل أمانة محافظة جدة حملاتها الرقابية والميدانية لمتابعة مواقع البيع العشوائي والأنشطة المخالفة في الأحياء، واتخاذ الإجراءات النظامية حيالها، بما يعزز المشهد الحضري ويرفع مستوى الامتثال في المحافظة.
A field campaign carried out by the Jeddah Governorate Municipality in the "Al-Khamrah" neighborhood resulted in the handling of more than 1,300 tons of used clothing that was being displayed and traded randomly, as part of efforts to address unauthorized sales sites and monitor violations within neighborhoods.
The Sub-Municipalities Agency clarified that the work of the field teams resulted in the removal and destruction of 270 random stalls after completing the procedures followed at the site, while continuing the monitoring teams' efforts to document violations and address the impacts of random activities.
The campaign included the apprehension of violators and the implementation of legal measures against them by the relevant authority, as part of monitoring unauthorized activities related to "random sales" sites and preventing their recurrence or relocation to other areas within the jurisdiction.
The agency indicated that the field teams transported 11 tons of confiscated items to the landfill, while the efforts extended to cleaning the site, removing waste, and rehabilitating it after the completion of the confiscation and removal operations.
The Jeddah Governorate Municipality continues its monitoring and field campaigns to follow up on random sales sites and violations in neighborhoods, taking legal measures regarding them, which enhances the urban landscape and raises the level of compliance in the governorate.
