شهد أمير منطقة نجران الأمير جلوي بن عبدالعزيز بن مساعد، في مقر الإمارة، اليوم، توقيع اتفاقية تعاون بين إمارة المنطقة والإدارة العامة للتدريب التقني والمهني بنجران.
وأكد الأمير جلوي أهمية الشراكات بين الجهات الحكومية في تنمية رأس المال البشري، وتبادل الخبرات، والاستفادة من الإمكانات المتاحة لتنفيذ برامج تدريبية وتطويرية نوعية تسهم في تحسين الأداء وتمكين الكوادر الوطنية.
ووقّع الاتفاقية مدير عام الموارد البشرية بإمارة المنطقة علي بن حسن آل سالم، ومدير عام التدريب التقني والمهني المهندس محمد بن علي آل زمانان، حيث تشمل الاتفاقية تنفيذ برامج تدريبية وورش عمل وملتقيات تخصصية لمنسوبي الإمارة، إضافة إلى إتاحة فرص التدريب التعاوني للمتدربين والمتدربات في منشآت التدريب التقني داخل المنطقة، وتنفيذ مبادرات وأنشطة مجتمعية وتوعوية مشتركة.
The Emir of Najran, Prince Jalwa bin Abdulaziz bin Musaid, witnessed today the signing of a cooperation agreement between the Emirate of the region and the General Administration of Technical and Vocational Training in Najran at the Emirate's headquarters.
Prince Jalwa emphasized the importance of partnerships between government entities in developing human capital, exchanging expertise, and utilizing available resources to implement quality training and development programs that contribute to improving performance and empowering national cadres.
The agreement was signed by the Director General of Human Resources at the Emirate, Ali bin Hassan Al-Salem, and the Director General of Technical and Vocational Training, Engineer Mohammed bin Ali Al-Zamanan. The agreement includes the implementation of training programs, workshops, and specialized forums for the Emirate's staff, in addition to providing cooperative training opportunities for trainees in technical training institutions within the region, and executing joint community and awareness initiatives and activities.
