التقى وزير الخارجية الأمير فيصل بن فرحان بن عبدالله، اليوم، وزير الخارجية بجمهورية العراق الدكتور فؤاد محمد حسين، وذلك على هامش الاجتماع الوزاري لدعم القدس وأماكنها المقدسة، المنعقد في العاصمة الأردنية عمّان.
وجرى خلال اللقاء استعراض التطورات التي تشهدها المنطقة، وتأكيد عمق العلاقات بين البلدين الشقيقين، وضرورة دعم كل ما من شأنه تعزيز مصالح العراق وعلاقاته مع الدول العربية والإسلامية؛ بما يضمن عدم تحول أراضيه ومقدراته إلى أداة للعدوان ضد جيرانه، وبما يسهم في تحقيق التنمية والاستقرار لجميع دول وشعوب المنطقة.
Today, Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah met with the Foreign Minister of the Republic of Iraq, Dr. Fouad Mohammed Hussein, on the sidelines of the ministerial meeting to support Jerusalem and its holy sites, held in the Jordanian capital, Amman.
During the meeting, they reviewed the developments taking place in the region, reaffirmed the depth of relations between the two brotherly countries, and emphasized the necessity of supporting anything that would enhance Iraq's interests and its relations with Arab and Islamic countries; ensuring that its lands and resources do not become a tool for aggression against its neighbors, and contributing to achieving development and stability for all countries and peoples in the region.
