تُرسِّخ المملكة مكانتها وجهةً عالميةً للأحداث العلمية المتخصصة باستضافة النسخة الثالثة من أولمبياد العلوم النووية الدولي (إنسو 2026)، الذي تحتضنه محافظة جدة بمشاركة 19 دولة يمثلها نخبة من الطلبة والباحثين.
ويأتي هذا الحدث امتدادًا لدور المملكة في دعم العلوم المتقدمة وتعزيز التعاون الدولي في المجالات العلمية ذات الأولوية، انسجامًا مع مستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030 الهادفة إلى بناء اقتصاد معرفي قائم على الابتكار وتنمية رأس المال البشري.
ويؤكد تنظيم هذا الأولمبياد قدرة المملكة على استضافة الفعاليات العلمية الكبرى وفق أعلى المعايير التنظيمية، وتوفير بيئة معرفية متكاملة تُسهم في تبادل الخبرات وتعزيز التواصل بين الباحثين والطلاب، إلى جانب إيجاد منصات للحوار العلمي واستعراض التجارب الناجحة في التطبيقات السلمية للعلوم والتقنيات النووية.
كما تعكس الاستضافة الثقة الدولية المتنامية في القدرات التنظيمية والعلمية للمملكة، ودورها في تمكين المواهب وتوفير منصات عالمية للتنافس المعرفي، بما يعزز حضور الكفاءات الوطنية في المحافل الدولية، ويفتح آفاقًا أوسع للتعاون مع المؤسسات العلمية والبحثية حول العالم.
ويرى خبراء أن استضافة الأحداث العلمية الدولية أصبحت أداة إستراتيجية لتعزيز القوة الناعمة للدول، واستقطاب العقول، وتحفيز الابتكار، وبناء الشراكات البحثية ونقل المعرفة؛ وهي أهداف تتوافق مع توجهات المملكة نحو ترسيخ موقعها مركزًا عالميًا للعلوم والتقنية والابتكار.
ويمثل أولمبياد العلوم النووية الدولي نموذجًا بارزًا لتوظيف المعرفة والبحث والابتكار في بناء جسور التعاون بين الدول، وتعزيز التفاهم بين الشباب، وإيجاد شراكات علمية عابرة للحدود، بما يسهم في تبادل الخبرات ودعم التنمية المستدامة وترسيخ ثقافة الاستخدامات السلمية للتقنيات النووية.
The Kingdom solidifies its position as a global destination for specialized scientific events by hosting the third edition of the International Nuclear Science Olympiad (INSO 2026), which will take place in Jeddah with the participation of 19 countries represented by a select group of students and researchers.
This event comes as an extension of the Kingdom's role in supporting advanced sciences and enhancing international cooperation in priority scientific fields, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 aimed at building a knowledge-based economy driven by innovation and developing human capital.
The organization of this Olympiad confirms the Kingdom's ability to host major scientific events according to the highest organizational standards, providing a comprehensive knowledge environment that contributes to the exchange of experiences and enhances communication between researchers and students, in addition to creating platforms for scientific dialogue and showcasing successful experiences in the peaceful applications of nuclear sciences and technologies.
