أتاحت المؤسسة العامة للتدريب التقني والمهني، القبول المباشر في برامج دبلوم المعاهد الصناعية الثانوية الصباحية، وبرامج دبلوم الكليات التقنية للبنين والبنات المسائية للفصل التدريبي الأول من العام التدريبي 1448هـ. يضم الدبلوم الثانوي بالمعاهد 16 تخصصاً، أبرزها: الحاسب الآلي، والإلكترونيات، وميكانيكا السيارات، واللحام، وصيانة الأجهزة الذكية، والرسم المعماري، والكهرباء الإنشائية والصناعية، والمراقبة المدنية والمعمارية، وتشغيل آلات التحكم الرقمي (CNC). أما الدبلوم المتوسط المسائي في الكليات التقنية، فيتضمن 39 تخصصاً، من أبرزها: الأجهزة والآلات الدقيقة، والإنتاج الكيميائي، والروبوت والذكاء الاصطناعي، والوسائط المتعددة وتقنيات الويب، والسفر والسياحة والفندقة، وصيانة الأجهزة الطبية، والتأمين والمخاطر، وسلامة الأغذية، وإدارة الفعاليات، إلى جانب تقنية التجميل والعناية بالبشرة، والموضة وتصميم الأزياء. كما أتاحت المؤسسة التقديم على البرامج التدريبية القصيرة في المعاهد، التي تضم 49 تخصصاً، وتوفر مزايا متعددة، من أبرزها إتاحتها لجميع أفراد المجتمع من الذكور، وقصر مدة التدريب التي تستغرق فصلاً تدريبياً واحداً، إضافة إلى مكافأة شهرية خلال فترة التدريب، وشهادة معتمدة عند إتمام البرنامج.
The General Organization for Technical and Vocational Training has opened direct admission to the morning diploma programs of secondary industrial institutes and the evening diploma programs of technical colleges for boys and girls for the first training semester of the training year 1448 AH. The secondary diploma at the institutes includes 16 specializations, the most prominent of which are: computer science, electronics, automotive mechanics, welding, smart device maintenance, architectural drawing, construction and industrial electricity, civil and architectural monitoring, and operating CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines. As for the evening intermediate diploma in technical colleges, it includes 39 specializations, among which are: precision devices and machinery, chemical production, robotics and artificial intelligence, multimedia and web technologies, travel, tourism, and hospitality, medical device maintenance, insurance and risks, food safety, event management, in addition to beauty technology and skincare, fashion, and fashion design. The organization has also made it possible to apply for short training programs in the institutes, which include 49 specializations and offer multiple advantages, the most notable of which is that they are available to all members of the community, both male and female, the short duration of training which lasts for one training semester, in addition to a monthly stipend during the training period and an accredited certificate upon completion of the program.
