كشفت وزارة الصحة، عن نمو التجارب السريرية في السعودية بنسبة 50% بين عامَي 2023 و2025م، بالتزامن مع تقليص متوسط المدة اللازمة لبدء التجارب بنسبة 48%، فيما بلغ عدد المواقع المؤهلة لإجراء التجارب السريرية 13 موقعاً.

وأظهر التقرير السنوي للمنظومة الصحية للعام 2025م، الذي اطلعت عليه «عكاظ»، تجاوز عدد الممارسين الصحيين المسجلين لدى الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات 800 ألف ممارس، مع ارتفاع كثافة الأطباء بنسبة 53.3%، وتخريج 5,691 متدرباً من برامج البورد السعودي والبرامج التدريبية الأخرى.
وبلغ عدد المقاعد التدريبية 8,400 مقعد، فيما تجاوز عدد الملتحقين ببرامج الأكاديمية الصحية 40 ألف متدرب حتى نهاية عام 2025، بالتزامن مع إصدار ثلاثة قرارات تنظيمية لتوطين عدد من المهن الصحية.
وفي خدمات الرعاية الصحية، بلغ عدد التجمعات الصحية في المناطق 20 تجمعاً صحياً، تضم نحو 2,000 مركز للرعاية الصحية الأولية، فيما تجاوز عدد الأسرّة 44 ألف سرير. ووصلت نسبة تغطية خدمات الرعاية الصحية في المناطق السكنية، بما في ذلك المناطق الطرفية، إلى 97.4%.
وسجلت مؤشرات تجربة المستفيدين تحسّناً ملحوظاً، إذ بلغت نسبة الرضا عن تجربة التنويم 89%، فيما ارتفع مؤشر تجربة المستفيدين في مراكز الرعاية الصحية الأولية إلى 86.6% مقارنة بـ72.8% في عام 2019.
وفي برامج الكشف المبكر، استفاد 275 ألف شخص من خدمات الكشف المبكر ضمن مسار سرطان القولون والمستقيم، بنمو بلغ 85% مقارنة بعام 2024، فيما استفاد 174 ألفاً من خدمات الفحص المبكر ضمن مسار سرطان الثدي، بزيادة 22%.
القسطرة وسرعة الوصول
في مسار الجلطات القلبية، وصل 88.6% من المصابين إلى قسطرة الجلطات خلال 30 دقيقة أو أقل من وصولهم إلى المستشفى، فيما بلغت نسبة الالتزام بالمسار 94%، وتحسّنت سرعة إعطاء الأدوية المذيبة للجلطات بنسبة 27%.
أما في مسار السكتات الدماغية، فقد بلغ متوسط زمن تقديم الخدمة 18 دقيقة، ووصلت نسبة الالتزام بتطبيق المسار إلى 87%، محققة تحسّناً بنسبة 13% مقارنة بعام 2024. كما بلغت نسبة الالتزام بمسار الإصابات البليغة 97%، بزيادة 9% عن العام السابق.
وفي مسارات الأمراض المزمنة، تلقى 3.3 مليون مستفيد خدمات ضمن مسار السمنة بنسبة التزام بلغت 100%، فيما استفاد 3.2 مليون مستفيد من خدمات مسار ضغط الدم بنسبة التزام بلغت 90%.
خدمات الولادة الآمنة
في مؤشرات كفاءة الخدمات، استفاد 8.3 مليون شخص من نظام الرعاية العاجلة، فيما قُدّمت خدمات الرعاية الوقائية إلى 4.2 مليون مستفيد، بما يعادل ستة أضعاف المستهدف البالغ 700 ألف مستفيد.
ووصل عدد المستفيدين من خدمات الولادة الآمنة إلى 3.4 مليون مستفيد، متجاوزاً المستهدف بنسبة 55%، فيما قُدّمت خدمات رعاية الأمراض المزمنة إلى 19 مليون مستفيد. كما بلغت جودة بيانات أسباب الوفيات 97.49%، متجاوزة المستهدف البالغ 96%.
وسجلت خدمات الرعاية التلطيفية 17 ألف مستفيد، بما يعادل نحو ثلاثة أضعاف المستهدف البالغ 6,363 مستفيداً، فيما بلغ عدد المستفيدين من خدمات الرعاية الاختيارية 1.1 مليون مستفيد، بنمو 69% عن المستهدف.
المشاركة المجتمعية
في جانب المشاركة المجتمعية، شارك 32,500 متطوع في موسم حج 2025، مقارنة بـ8,800 متطوع في عام 2023م، فيما تضاعف إجمالي عدد المتطوعين ثلاث مرات، وبلغت نسبة رضا المتطوعين عن التجربة 99%.
وحقق الوقف الصحي تبرعات بقيمة 84 مليون ريال عبر منصة «شفاء»، بنمو 23% مقارنة بالفترة نفسها من عام 2024م، دعماً للخدمات الصحية وتعزيزاً لاستدامتها.
وفي مبادرة «المجتمع مستجيب أول»، بلغ عدد البلاغات المرشحة للمستجيبين 43,810 بلاغات، ووصل عدد المسجلين في التطبيق الإسعافي إلى 29,512 مشتركاً، فيما أُحيلت 136 حالة إنعاش إلى مستجيبين مؤهلين لتقديم الإسعافات الأولية للحالات الطارئة القريبة منهم.

The annual report of the health system for the year 2025, which was reviewed by "Okaz," indicated that the number of healthcare practitioners registered with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties exceeded 800,000, with a 53.3% increase in the density of doctors, and the graduation of 5,691 trainees from Saudi board programs and other training programs.
The number of training seats reached 8,400, while the number of participants in health academy programs exceeded 40,000 trainees by the end of 2025, coinciding with the issuance of three regulatory decisions to localize several health professions.
In healthcare services, the number of health clusters in the regions reached 20, comprising about 2,000 primary healthcare centers, while the number of beds exceeded 44,000. The coverage rate of healthcare services in residential areas, including peripheral areas, reached 97.4%.
Indicators of beneficiary experience recorded a noticeable improvement, with the satisfaction rate regarding hospitalization experience reaching 89%, while the beneficiary experience index in primary healthcare centers rose to 86.6% compared to 72.8% in 2019.
In early detection programs, 275,000 individuals benefited from early detection services within the colorectal cancer pathway, marking an 85% growth compared to 2024, while 174,000 benefited from early screening services within the breast cancer pathway, an increase of 22%.
Catheterization and Speed of Access
In the heart attack pathway, 88.6% of patients reached catheterization within 30 minutes or less of arriving at the hospital, while the adherence rate to the pathway was 94%, and the speed of administering clot-dissolving medications improved by 27%.
In the stroke pathway, the average service delivery time was 18 minutes, and the adherence rate to the pathway reached 87%, achieving a 13% improvement compared to 2024. The adherence rate to the severe injuries pathway was 97%, an increase of 9% from the previous year.
In chronic disease pathways, 3.3 million beneficiaries received services within the obesity pathway with a compliance rate of 100%, while 3.2 million beneficiaries benefited from blood pressure pathway services with a compliance rate of 90%.
Safe Delivery Services
In terms of service efficiency indicators, 8.3 million individuals benefited from the urgent care system, while preventive care services were provided to 4.2 million beneficiaries, equivalent to six times the target of 700,000 beneficiaries.
The number of beneficiaries of safe delivery services reached 3.4 million, exceeding the target by 55%, while chronic disease care services were provided to 19 million beneficiaries. The quality of mortality data reached 97.49%, surpassing the target of 96%.
Palliative care services recorded 17,000 beneficiaries, nearly three times the target of 6,363 beneficiaries, while the number of beneficiaries of elective care services reached 1.1 million, with a 69% increase over the target.
Community Participation
In terms of community participation, 32,500 volunteers participated in the 2025 Hajj season, compared to 8,800 volunteers in 2023, with the total number of volunteers tripling, and the satisfaction rate of volunteers regarding their experience reached 99%.
The health endowment achieved donations amounting to 84 million riyals through the "Shifa" platform, marking a 23% growth compared to the same period in 2024, supporting health services and enhancing their sustainability.
In the "Community First Responders" initiative, the number of reports eligible for responders reached 43,810, and the number of registered users in the emergency app reached 29,512, while 136 resuscitation cases were referred to qualified responders to provide first aid for nearby emergency cases.
