أحالت الهيئة السعودية للمقيمين (تقييم) في نصف عام 6 مخالفين إلى النيابة لمخالفتهم أحكام نظام المقيّمين المعتمدين، كما أحالت 72 حالة إلى لجنة النظر في مخالفات أحكام النظام، لاستكمال الإجراءات النظامية، وأصدرت 40 قرارًا بحق عدد من المخالفين، تضمنت عقوبات متنوعة شملت الإنذار، واللوم، والغرامات المالية، والإيقاف عن مزاولة المهنة لمدة تصل إلى عام، وفقًا لطبيعة المخالفات وجسامتها.
وبينت الهيئة أنها تلقت 75 بلاغًا خلال النصف الأول من العام، كما راجعت 121 تقرير تقييم للتحقق من التزامها بالمعايير المهنية، ونفذت 31 زيارة رقابية لمنشآت التقييم في مختلف مناطق السعودية، وعالجت 18 مخالفة غير جسيمة وفق الإجراءات النظامية المعتمدة.
وأكدت «تقييم» أن هذه الجهود تأتي ضمن إستراتيجيتها الرامية إلى رفع مستوى الامتثال المهني، وتعزيز موثوقية أعمال التقييم، وحماية المتعاملين في القطاعات التي تعتمد على التقييم، بما يسهم في ترسيخ مبادئ العدالة والشفافية، ورفع جودة المخرجات المهنية.
وشددت الهيئة على استمرار تنفيذ برامجها الرقابية والتوعوية، داعية جميع الممارسين إلى الالتزام بالأنظمة واللوائح المنظمة للمهنة، والحصول على التراخيص النظامية قبل مزاولة أعمال التقييم.
The Saudi Authority for Accredited Valuers (Taqeem) referred 6 violators to the Public Prosecution in the first half of the year for violating the provisions of the Accredited Valuers System. It also referred 72 cases to the committee reviewing violations of the system's provisions to complete the legal procedures, and issued 40 decisions against several violators, which included various penalties such as warnings, reprimands, financial fines, and suspension from practicing the profession for up to a year, depending on the nature and severity of the violations.
The authority indicated that it received 75 reports during the first half of the year, reviewed 121 valuation reports to verify compliance with professional standards, conducted 31 oversight visits to valuation establishments in various regions of Saudi Arabia, and addressed 18 minor violations according to the approved legal procedures.
Taqeem confirmed that these efforts are part of its strategy aimed at raising the level of professional compliance, enhancing the reliability of valuation work, and protecting clients in sectors that rely on valuation, contributing to the establishment of principles of justice and transparency, and improving the quality of professional outputs.
The authority emphasized the continuation of its oversight and awareness programs, calling on all practitioners to adhere to the regulations and laws governing the profession, and to obtain the necessary licenses before engaging in valuation work.
