ألقى الأمين العام لرابطة العالم الإسلامي رئيس هيئة علماء المسلمين الشيخ الدكتور محمد بن عبدالكريم العيسى خطبة الجمعة وأمَّ المصلين في جامع الرحمن بمدينة «أوكلاند» النيوزيلندية، عقب افتتاحه الرسمي.
وتناولت الخطبة جملة من هدايات الإسلام وتعاليمه، مستعرضة منهجه في التعامل مع عدد من المواقف والصور التي لا تخلو منها حياة المسلم في عالم تتعدد ثقافاته، وتتنوع مكوناته، وفق سنة الله الكونية في خلقه.
وأكدت إدارة الجامع أن هذه الخطبة تمثل دليلاً إرشادياً مهماً، ستعمل على نشره وتعميمه؛ توسيعاً لدائرة الإفادة منه في الداخل النيوزيلندي.
يذكر أن العيسى يزور نيوزيلندا تلبية لدعوة رسمية، يلتقي خلالها عدداً من القيادات الحكومية والبرلمانية والدينية من مختلف الأديان.
The Secretary-General of the Muslim World League and President of the Assembly of Muslim Scholars, Sheikh Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa, delivered the Friday sermon and led the prayers at the Al-Rahman Mosque in the city of Auckland, New Zealand, following its official opening.
The sermon addressed a number of Islamic teachings and guidance, reviewing its approach to dealing with various situations and scenarios that are inherent in a Muslim's life in a world with diverse cultures and components, in accordance with God's universal law in His creation.
The mosque's administration confirmed that this sermon represents an important guiding document, which it will work to disseminate and circulate; expanding the circle of benefit from it within New Zealand.
It is noteworthy that Al-Issa is visiting New Zealand in response to an official invitation, during which he will meet with several government, parliamentary, and religious leaders from various faiths.
