«الأرصاد»: رياح مثيرة للأتربة على 4 مناطق

The National Center of Meteorology expected in its weather report today (Monday) that the effects of active winds stirring up dust and sand will continue in parts of the regions of Najran, the Eastern Province, Riyadh, and Medina, reaching near or complete lack of horizontal visibility in parts of the Makkah region as well as on the coastal road leading to Jazan. Meanwhile, the opportunity remains for the formation of thunderstorm clouds with rain in parts of the southwestern highlands of the Kingdom.
The report indicated that the surface wind movement over the Red Sea will be northwesterly to westerly at a speed of (15 - 30) km/h in the northern part and at a speed of (20 - 44) km/h in the central and southern parts, with wave heights ranging from half a meter to one and a half meters in the northern part and from one meter to two meters in the central and southern parts. The sea condition is light to moderate in the northern part and moderate in the central and southern parts.
In the Arabian Gulf, the surface winds will be northwesterly at a speed of (15 - 30) km/h, with wave heights ranging from half a meter to one and a half meters, and the sea condition is light to moderate.
