رحّبت رابطة العالم الإسلامي بالتوصل لاتفاق وقف إطلاق النار بين الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية والجمهورية الإسلامية الإيرانية.
وفي بيان للأمانة العامة، أكد الأمين العام رئيس هيئة علماء المسلمين الشيخ الدكتور محمد بن عبدالكريم العيسى ضرورة المضي قدماً في مسار المفاوضات؛ للتوصل إلى اتفاق يحقق الأمن والاستقرار في المنطقة، ويحفظ مصالح دولها وسيادتها وسلامة شعوبها، مثمناً في هذا السياق جهود الوساطة المبذولة من جمهورية باكستان الإسلامية، والجهود المبذولة من المملكة العربية السعودية ودولة قطر.
The Muslim World League welcomed the reaching of a ceasefire agreement between the United States of America and the Islamic Republic of Iran.
In a statement from the General Secretariat, the Secretary-General and President of the Association of Muslim Scholars, Sheikh Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa, emphasized the necessity of moving forward in the negotiation process to reach an agreement that achieves security and stability in the region, preserves the interests of its countries, their sovereignty, and the safety of their peoples, while appreciating, in this context, the mediation efforts made by the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, as well as the efforts made by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the State of Qatar.
