تحت رعاية ولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود -حفظه الله، تنظّم وزارة الداخلية القمة العالمية للأمن والتقنية (GSTS) خلال الفترة من 9 إلى 11 رجب 1448هـ الموافق من 18 إلى 20 ديسمبر 2026 بمدينة الرياض، في حدث عالمي يجمع قادة الأمن والتقنية والابتكار وصنّاع القرار والخبراء والمبتكرين من مختلف دول العالم، ويُقام بالشراكة مع أكاديمية طويق.
ورفع وزير الداخلية الأمير عبدالعزيز بن سعود بن نايف بن عبدالعزيز، الشكر والامتنان لولي العهد -حفظه الله- على رعايته الكريمة للقمة، مؤكدًا أن هذه الرعاية تعكس حرص القيادة -أيدها الله- على تعزيز منظومة الأمن الداخلي، وتطوير الحلول التقنية التي تسهم في حماية المجتمع، وتمكين التحول الرقمي في القطاعات الأمنية الوطنية والإقليمية والدولية.
وأوضح أن القمة تمثل منصة دولية لتبادل الخبرات واستشراف مستقبل الأمن والتقنية، وامتدادًا لجهود المملكة في بناء منظومة أمنية وتقنية متقدمة ترتكز على المعرفة والابتكار، وتواكب المتغيرات المتسارعة والتحديات المستقبلية.
وبيّن أن القمة ستسهم في تعزيز التعاون الدولي، وتوحيد الجهود، وتبادل أفضل الممارسات، وتمكين المشاركين من استكشاف الفرص الواعدة واستباق التحولات في المجالات الأمنية والتقنية، بما يدعم رفع الكفاءة التشغيلية وتعزيز الجاهزية وصون المكتسبات الوطنية.
وتتضمن القمة حزمة من الفعاليات النوعية المصاحبة التي تُعد من الأكبر على مستوى المنطقة؛ وفي مقدمتها «شهر الأمن والتقنية» الإثرائي، الذي يشتمل على برامج متخصصة ولقاءات معرفية وورش عمل تقنية تُنفّذ بالشراكة مع جهات عالمية رائدة؛ بهدف إثراء المحتوى المعرفي وبناء القدرات الوطنية في المجالات الأمنية والتقنية.
كما تستعرض القمة أحدث الابتكارات والحلول التقنية في القطاعات الأمنية، وتوفر منصة للتواصل بين الجهات الحكومية والقطاع الخاص والمؤسسات الأكاديمية والمراكز البحثية، بما يعزز الشراكات الإستراتيجية وتبادل الخبرات في مجالات الأمن السيبراني، والذكاء الاصطناعي، وإنترنت الأشياء، والتقنيات الناشئة، وتقنيات المراقبة الذكية وإدارة الأزمات، إلى جانب جلسات رئيسية وحوارات متخصصة ومعارض تفاعلية تستعرض أحدث ما توصلت إليه الصناعات الأمنية والتقنية عالميًا.
وتشهد أجندة القمة تنظيم مسابقة «سيف» العالمية للابتكار الأمني والتقني (SAIIF)، التي تُعد الأضخم عالميًا في مجال الأمن والتقنية، وتقام بمدينة الرياض خلال الفترة من 19 إلى 21 نوفمبر 2026، بمشاركة نخبة من المبتكرين والباحثين والمواهب التقنية من مختلف دول العالم.
وتركز المسابقة على تطوير حلول مبتكرة في عدد من المجالات الحيوية؛ تشمل الذكاء الاصطناعي وتحليل البيانات، والتقنيات الناشئة وتطبيقاتها الأمنية، والأدلة الجنائية الرقمية والتحقيقات التقنية، والأمن السيبراني وحماية البنية التحتية، والتحول الرقمي في القطاع الأمني، فيما تبلغ قيمة جوائزها خمسة ملايين ريال، بما يعزز تنافسية المشاركين ويدعم تطوير حلول تقنية نوعية تسهم في مواجهة التحديات الأمنية المستقبلية.
ويأتي تنظيم القمة استكمالًا للنجاحات التي حققها مؤتمر «أبشر» 2025، الذي سجّل ثلاثة أرقام قياسية في موسوعة غينيس للأرقام القياسية لأكبر هاكاثون في العالم، وضم أكثر من 60 جلسة رئيسية شارك فيها مسؤولون وخبراء وقادة فكر، إضافة إلى 80 ورشة عمل قدّمها نحو 150 متحدثًا ومتحدثة، إلى جانب 10 مناطق تفاعلية أسهمت في إثراء تجربة الزوار والمشاركين.
ومن المنتظر أن تُرسّخ القمة العالمية للأمن والتقنية (GSTS) مكانة مدينة الرياض مركزًا عالميًا للابتكار الأمني والتقني، وأن تعزز حضور المملكة بصفتها شريكًا دوليًا مؤثرًا في صياغة مستقبل الأمن والتقنية، ومنصة رائدة لتطوير الحلول المبتكرة وبناء الشراكات النوعية على المستوى العالمي.
Under the patronage of His Royal Highness, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud - may God protect him, the Ministry of Interior is organizing the Global Security and Technology Summit (GSTS) from the 9th to the 11th of Rajab 1448 AH, corresponding to the 18th to the 20th of December 2026, in the city of Riyadh. This global event brings together leaders in security, technology, innovation, decision-makers, experts, and innovators from various countries around the world, and is held in partnership with the Tuwaiq Academy.
Interior Minister Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the Crown Prince - may God protect him - for his generous patronage of the summit, affirming that this sponsorship reflects the leadership's commitment - may God support it - to enhance the internal security system and develop technological solutions that contribute to community protection and enable digital transformation in national, regional, and international security sectors.
He explained that the summit represents an international platform for exchanging experiences and envisioning the future of security and technology, extending the Kingdom's efforts to build an advanced security and technological system based on knowledge and innovation, keeping pace with rapid changes and future challenges.
He indicated that the summit will contribute to enhancing international cooperation, unifying efforts, exchanging best practices, and enabling participants to explore promising opportunities and anticipate transformations in security and technology fields, thereby supporting operational efficiency, enhancing readiness, and preserving national gains.
The summit includes a package of qualitative accompanying events, which are among the largest in the region; foremost among them is the enriching "Month of Security and Technology," which includes specialized programs, knowledge meetings, and technical workshops implemented in partnership with leading global entities, aimed at enriching the knowledge content and building national capacities in security and technology fields.
The summit will also showcase the latest innovations and technological solutions in security sectors, providing a platform for communication between government entities, the private sector, academic institutions, and research centers, thereby enhancing strategic partnerships and exchanging experiences in the fields of cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, emerging technologies, smart surveillance, and crisis management, in addition to keynote sessions, specialized dialogues, and interactive exhibitions showcasing the latest advancements in global security and technology industries.
The summit agenda will feature the organization of the global "Sword" competition for security and technological innovation (SAIIF), which is considered the largest globally in the field of security and technology, taking place in Riyadh from the 19th to the 21st of November 2026, with the participation of a select group of innovators, researchers, and technical talents from various countries around the world.
The competition focuses on developing innovative solutions in several vital areas, including artificial intelligence and data analysis, emerging technologies and their security applications, digital forensics and technical investigations, cybersecurity and infrastructure protection, and digital transformation in the security sector, with a total prize value of five million riyals, enhancing the competitiveness of participants and supporting the development of qualitative technological solutions that contribute to addressing future security challenges.
The organization of the summit comes as a continuation of the successes achieved by the "Absher" Conference 2025, which recorded three world records in the Guinness World Records for the largest hackathon in the world, featuring more than 60 keynote sessions attended by officials, experts, and thought leaders, in addition to 80 workshops presented by around 150 speakers, alongside 10 interactive areas that enriched the experience of visitors and participants.
It is expected that the Global Security and Technology Summit (GSTS) will establish Riyadh as a global center for security and technological innovation, and enhance the Kingdom's presence as an influential international partner in shaping the future of security and technology, serving as a leading platform for developing innovative solutions and building qualitative partnerships on a global level.
