عقد الوزراء المسؤولون عن لجنة سلامة الأغذية بدول مجلس التعاون اجتماعهم الـ10 عبر الاتصال المرئي، برئاسة وزيرة الصحة في مملكة البحرين الدكتورة جليلة السيد جواد حسن، وبمشاركة أعضاء اللجنة والأمين المساعد للشؤون الاقتصادية والتنموية بمجلس التعاون خالد بن علي السنيدي.
آلية استرشادية
وناقش الاجتماع عدداً من الموضوعات، أبرزها قانون (نظام) الغذاء الموحد لدول الخليج، إذ جرى الاتفاق على تحويله إلى قواعد موحدة ملزمة لمدة عامين، يتم خلالهما إعداد مسودة اللائحة التنفيذية بصيغته الحالية تمهيداً لاعتماد القانون ولائحته التنفيذية عام 2029. كما تم بحث واعتماد آلية استرشادية لفرض ورفع الحظر على استيراد الأغذية ذات الأصل الحيواني، إلى جانب مناقشة بنود أخرى اتُّخذت بشأنها القرارات المناسبة.
The ministers responsible for the Food Safety Committee of the Gulf Cooperation Council held their 10th meeting via video conference, chaired by the Minister of Health of the Kingdom of Bahrain, Dr. Jaleela Al-Sayed Jawad Hassan, with the participation of committee members and the Assistant Secretary-General for Economic and Development Affairs of the Cooperation Council, Khalid bin Ali Al-Sunaidi.
Guiding Mechanism
The meeting discussed several topics, most notably the Unified Food Law (System) for the Gulf States, where it was agreed to convert it into binding unified regulations for a period of two years, during which a draft executive regulation in its current form will be prepared in preparation for the adoption of the law and its executive regulations in 2029. A guiding mechanism for imposing and lifting the ban on the import of food of animal origin was also discussed and approved, along with other items for which appropriate decisions were made.
