قبضت الدوريات الميدانية للقوات الخاصة للأمن البيئي على (3) مواطنين، وهم عبدالله عويد صران العنزي، وعبدالكريم زبن نداء العنزي، وعبدالرحمن جابر عقيل العنزي، لارتكابهم مخالفة الصيد في أماكن محظور الصيد البري فيها بمحمية الملك عبدالعزيز الملكية، وبحوزتهم بندقية شوزن، وبندقيتين هوائيتين، و(113) ذخيرة شوزن، و(144) كائنًا فطريًا مصيدًا، وجرى إيقافهم واتخاذ الإجراءات النظامية بحقهم، وإحالتهم إلى الجهة المختصة.
وشددت القوات الخاصة للأمن البيئي على الالتزام بنظام البيئة ولوائحه التنفيذية التي تحظر صيد الكائنات الفطرية، مؤكدةً أن عقوبة استخدام بنادق الشوزن في الصيد دون ترخيص غرامة (100,000) ريال، وعقوبة الصيد دون ترخيص غرامة (10,000) ريال، وعقوبة الصيد في أماكن محظور الصيد فيها غرامة (5,000) ريال، وعقوبة صيد طائر الجرجس دون ترخيص غرامة (2,000) ريال.
وأهابت بالمبادرة بالإبلاغ عن أي حالات تمثل اعتداءً على البيئة أو الحياة الفطرية، وذلك بالاتصال بالرقم (911) بمناطق مكة المكرمة، والمدينة المنورة، والرياض، والشرقية، و(999) و(996) في بقية مناطق المملكة، وستعامل جميع البلاغات بسرية تامة دون أدنى مسؤولية على المبلّغ.
The field patrols of the Special Forces for Environmental Security apprehended (3) citizens: Abdullah Owaid Saran Al-Anzi, Abdul Karim Zabin Nidaa Al-Anzi, and Abdul Rahman Jaber Aqeel Al-Anzi, for violating hunting regulations in areas where hunting is prohibited in the King Abdulaziz Royal Reserve. They were found in possession of a shotgun, two air rifles, (113) shotgun cartridges, and (144) hunted wildlife specimens. They were detained, and legal procedures were taken against them, and they were referred to the competent authority.
The Special Forces for Environmental Security emphasized the importance of adhering to the Environmental Law and its executive regulations that prohibit the hunting of wildlife, confirming that the penalty for using shotguns for hunting without a license is a fine of (100,000) riyals, the penalty for hunting without a license is a fine of (10,000) riyals, the penalty for hunting in areas where hunting is prohibited is a fine of (5,000) riyals, and the penalty for hunting the jerboa bird without a license is a fine of (2,000) riyals.
They urged the public to report any cases that represent an assault on the environment or wildlife by calling (911) in the regions of Makkah, Madinah, Riyadh, and the Eastern Province, and (999) and (996) in the rest of the Kingdom's regions. All reports will be treated with complete confidentiality, with no liability on the reporter.
