حققت جامعة الإمام عبدالرحمن بن فيصل إنجازاً أكاديمياً جديداً في تصنيف QS العالمي للتخصصات الأكاديمية لعام 2026 (QS World University Rankings by Subjects)، بعد دخول 11 تخصصاً دقيقاً ضمن نطاق التميز الأكاديمي العالمي.
وأعلنت الجامعة، أن تخصص طب الأسنان جاء في المرتبة 16 عالمياً والأولى عربياً، فيما تمكنت 7 تخصصات علمية أخرى من التواجد ضمن قائمة أفضل 500 تخصص عالمياً. كما أدرجت الجامعة ضمن المجالات الخمسة الرئيسية (Broad Subjects)، في مؤشر يعكس اتساع قاعدة التميز الأكاديمي وتوازن الأداء المؤسسي على مستوى الجامعة.
وأكدت الجامعة، أن تصنيف QS يُعد من أبرز التصنيفات العالمية للجامعات، إذ يعتمد على مجموعة من المؤشرات تشمل السمعة الأكاديمية، وتأثير البحث العلمي، وعدد الاستشهادات، والتعاون البحثي الدولي، بما يوفر تقييماً شاملاً لجودة التعليم والبحث العلمي في مؤسسات التعليم العالي حول العالم.
Imam Abdulrahman bin Faisal University has achieved a new academic milestone in the QS World University Rankings by Subjects for 2026, with 11 specific disciplines entering the realm of global academic excellence.
The university announced that the Dentistry program ranked 16th globally and first in the Arab world, while 7 other scientific disciplines managed to be included in the list of the top 500 programs worldwide. The university was also listed among the five main broad subjects, indicating the breadth of academic excellence and the balance of institutional performance at the university level.
The university confirmed that the QS ranking is one of the most prominent global university rankings, relying on a set of indicators that include academic reputation, research impact, number of citations, and international research collaboration, providing a comprehensive assessment of the quality of education and scientific research in higher education institutions around the world.
