وجرى خلال الاتصال، بحث مستجدات الأوضاع الإقليمية وتداعياتها على الأمن والاستقرار في المنطقة.
وأعرب الوزير النيوزيلندي، عن إدانة بلاده للهجمات العشوائية التي تشنها إيران على المملكة، مشيدًا بجهود السعودية في حماية الرعايا الأجانب، ومن بينهم المواطنون النيوزيلنديون المقيمون فيها.
