أكد مركز مشاريع البنية التحتية بمنطقة الرياض أن اكتمال تنفيذ كامل التوصيلات المنزلية لشبكات البنية التحتية الأساسية متطلب أساسي للحصول على اعتماد المخططات السكنية الجديدة في مدينة الرياض، وذلك ضمن ما ورد في «دليل التوصيلات المنزلية»، الذي اعتمده المركز كونه أحد أركان مبادرة جاهزية المخططات السكنية، التي جرى إعلانها ضمن برنامج «أصول» التحولي الذي أطلقه المركز لتنظيم قطاع البنية التحتية ورفع كفاءة التخطيط والتنفيذ وجودة الأعمال.
مرجع شامل
وأوضح المركز أن دليل التوصيلات المنزلية يعد مرجعاً شاملاً يهدف إلى ضمان جاهزية جميع المخططات الجديدة ببنية تحتية مكتملة وموثوقة وقابلة للتطوير، إضافة إلى تحديد الالتزامات، وتوحيد إجراءات تنفيذ التوصيلات المنزلية بما يتوافق مع المعايير الفنية، والمواد المعتمدة، والمتطلبات الإجرائية لمزودي خدمات المياه، والكهرباء، والاتصالات، مع تحديد المسؤوليات الفنية والنظامية، وضمان الجاهزية المستقبلية بتنفيذ وإيصال بنية تحتية تلبي التطورات التقنية والمستقبلية.
The Infrastructure Projects Center in the Riyadh region confirmed that the completion of all residential connections for essential infrastructure networks is a fundamental requirement for obtaining approval for new residential plans in the city of Riyadh. This is part of what is stated in the "Residential Connections Guide," which the center has adopted as one of the pillars of the Residential Plans Readiness Initiative, announced under the "Assets" transformation program launched by the center to organize the infrastructure sector and enhance the efficiency of planning, execution, and quality of work.

The center clarified that the Residential Connections Guide serves as a comprehensive reference aimed at ensuring the readiness of all new plans with complete, reliable, and scalable infrastructure. It also specifies commitments, standardizes the procedures for implementing residential connections in accordance with technical standards, approved materials, and procedural requirements for water, electricity, and telecommunications service providers, while defining technical and regulatory responsibilities and ensuring future readiness by implementing and delivering infrastructure that meets technological and future developments.
