باشرت بلدية محافظة بيشة تنفيذ أعمال إزالة المحلات والمباني القديمة وسط البلد، التي تعود ملكيتها للبلدية، وذلك بعد استكمال التنسيق مع الجهات المعنية، في خطوة تهدف إلى تحسين المشهد الحضري، وتنظيم النسيج العمراني، وتهيئة بيئة حضرية متكاملة تتواكب مع مستهدفات جودة الحياة.
وأوضح رئيس بلدية محافظة بيشة المهندس محمد بن فلاح القحطاني، أن هذه الأعمال تأتي ضمن خطة شاملة لتطوير المنطقة المركزية، مشيراً إلى أن المشروع يهدف إلى إعادة إحياء الدور التاريخي لوسط بيشة، وتنظيم وسط المدينة، وتهيئة المواقع لمشاريع تطويرية مستقبلية وفق دليل المشهد الحضري، بما يسهم في تعزيز الاستفادة منها وخدمة الأهالي والزوار.
وبيّن القحطاني أن أعمال الإزالة ستشمل مبنى المجزرة القديمة، ومبنى كتابة العدل القديم، ومبنى البلدية السابق، إضافة إلى عددٍ من المواقع الأخرى، بما ينعكس إيجاباً على تحسين الصورة البصرية للمنطقة، وتعزيز هويتها العمرانية.
وأشار إلى حرص البلدية على تنفيذ الأعمال وفق خطة زمنية مدروسة، وبالتنسيق المستمر مع الجهات ذات العلاقة، مع الالتزام بمعايير السلامة العامة، وتحقيق أعلى مستويات الجودة في التنفيذ، بما يواكب تطلعات التنمية الحضرية بالمحافظة.
وأكد القحطاني أن بلدية محافظة بيشة مستمرة في تنفيذ مشاريع التطوير الحضري، بما يتماشى مع مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030، ويحقق تطلعات المواطنين والمقيمين.
The Municipality of Bisha Governorate has begun implementing the removal of old shops and buildings in the city center, which are owned by the municipality, after completing coordination with the relevant authorities. This step aims to improve the urban landscape, organize the urban fabric, and prepare a comprehensive urban environment that aligns with the targets of quality of life.
The head of the Municipality of Bisha Governorate, Engineer Mohammed bin Falah Al-Qahtani, explained that these works are part of a comprehensive plan to develop the central area, noting that the project aims to revive the historical role of downtown Bisha, organize the city center, and prepare sites for future developmental projects according to the urban landscape guide, which contributes to enhancing their benefits and serving the residents and visitors.
Al-Qahtani indicated that the removal works will include the old slaughterhouse building, the old notary office building, and the previous municipality building, in addition to several other sites, which will positively reflect on improving the visual image of the area and enhancing its architectural identity.
He pointed out the municipality's commitment to executing the works according to a studied timeline, with continuous coordination with the relevant authorities, while adhering to public safety standards and achieving the highest levels of quality in execution, in line with the aspirations for urban development in the governorate.
Al-Qahtani affirmed that the Municipality of Bisha Governorate continues to implement urban development projects that align with the targets of Saudi Vision 2030 and meet the aspirations of citizens and residents.
