The number of point-of-sale transactions in the Kingdom during the period from September 7 to 13, 2025, reached (231,057,000) transactions, with a value of (13,108,421,000) riyals, compared to (14,945,808,000) riyals for the same previous period.

According to the weekly bulletin from the Saudi Central Bank on point-of-sale transactions, the number of transactions in transportation was (5,533,000) with a value of (966,767,000) riyals, the number of transactions in health reached (9,678,000) with a value of (876,341,000) riyals, the number of transactions in restaurants and cafes amounted to (56,427,000) with a value of (1,570,744,000) riyals, the number of transactions in baked goods and sweets was (7,939,000) with a value of (253,782,000) riyals, the number of transactions in hotels reached (691,000) with a value of (254,068,000) riyals, the number of transactions in food and beverages was (52,248,000) with a value of (1,965,973,000) riyals, and the number of transactions in clothing and accessories reached (8,248,000) with a value of (902,679,000) riyals, while the number of transactions in culture and entertainment was (4,589,000) with a value of (371,632,000) riyals.

The number of transactions in professional and commercial services reached (13,566,000) with a value of (912,581,000) riyals, the number of transactions in electronic and electrical devices was (1,739,000) with a value of (188,460,000) riyals, the number of transactions in furniture and household supplies amounted to (2,386,000) with a value of (497,516,000) riyals, the number of transactions in construction materials was (2,275,000) with a value of (393,366,000) riyals, the number of transactions in jewelry reached (281,000) with a value of (317,732,000) riyals, the number of transactions in telecommunications was (3,922,000) with a value of (149,891,000) riyals, and the number of transactions in education reached (255,000) with a value of (285,125,000) riyals.

The number of transactions in utilities and public services reached (742,000) with a value of (43,258,000) riyals, the number of transactions at fuel stations was (18,298,000) with a value of (1,022,802,000) riyals, the number of transactions in laundry services reached (2,926,000) with a value of (49,466,000) riyals, and the number of other transactions was (39,314,000) with a value of (2,081,239,000) riyals.

At the level of cities in the Kingdom, the number of weekly point-of-sale transactions in Riyadh reached (75,952,000) with a value of (4,653,174,000) riyals, the number of point-of-sale transactions in Mecca was (9,039,000) with a value of (506,112,000) riyals, while the number of point-of-sale transactions in Medina reached (9,087,000) with a value of (496,200,000) riyals.

The number of point-of-sale transactions in Tabuk was (4,864,000) with a value of (240,233,000) riyals, the number of point-of-sale transactions in Hail was (4,070,000) with a value of (199,045,000) riyals, the number of point-of-sale transactions in Abha reached (3,412,000) with a value of (167,801,000) riyals, and the number of point-of-sale transactions in Buraidah was (5,283,000) with a value of (318,467,000) riyals.

As for the number of point-of-sale transactions in Khobar, it reached (4,805,000) with a value of (376,903,000) riyals, the number of point-of-sale transactions in Dammam was (9,581,000) with a value of (663,985,000) riyals, the number of point-of-sale transactions in Jeddah reached (27,094,000) with a value of (1,849,001,000) riyals, and the number of point-of-sale transactions in other cities was (19,351,000) with a value of (802,952,000) riyals.
