دعت وزارة التجارة المنشآت التجارية التي مضى عام على تاريخ قيدها في السجل التجاري إلى المبادرة لتأكيد بيانات السجل التجاري إلكترونياً (خلال مده أقصاها 90 يوماً)، تفادياً لتعليق السجل التجاري.
ويأتي ذلك استناداً إلى نظام السجل التجاري، ولائحته التنفيذية، الذي ألزم التاجر بأن يقدم سنويّاً إلى المسجل تأكيداً للبيانات المقيدة في السجل التجاري، ويكون تاريخ استحقاق التأكيد السنوي في تمام مضي سنة من تاريخ القيد في السجل التجاري، على أن يعلق المسجل قيد التاجر في السجل التجاري، والخدمات المرتبطة به إذا لم يقدم التأكيد السنوي خلال 90 يوماً من تاريخ استحقاقه.
وبينت الوزارة أن خطوات التأكيد السنوي لبيانات السجل التجاري تتم إلكترونياً عبر «منصة الأعمال».
وكانت وزارة التجارة قد أصدرت اليوم نشرتها الموجزة لقطاع الأعمال للربع الثاني من عام 2025، متضمنةً نظرة لأداء قطاع الأعمال وتطوراته في المملكة.
وتطرقت النشرة لإجمالي السجلات التجارية المُصدرة في الربع الثاني من هذا العام، وتم إصدار أكثر من 80 ألف سجل تجاري، ووصل الإجمالي إلى أكثر من 1.7 مليون سجل تجاري بجميع مناطق المملكة.
وسلطت النشرة الضوء على التطور في القطاعات الواعدة، وأبرزت نمو السجلات التجارية في أنشطة تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي، وسلاسل الكتل (البلاك تشين)، والبيانات الضخمة وعلم تحليل البيانات والأنشطة المالية، والتأمين، ومدن التسلية، والألعاب وغيرها من الأنشطة الواعدة في رؤية المملكة 2030.
وتناولت النشرة التوزيع الجغرافي للسجلات التجارية المصدرة والقائمة وفي القطاعات الواعدة، وسلطت الضوء على السجلات في التجارة الإلكترونية، وأبرز الأنشطة والفعاليات لقطاع الأعمال في المملكة.

The Ministry of Commerce has called on commercial establishments that have been registered in the commercial registry for a year to take the initiative to confirm their commercial registry data electronically (within a maximum period of 90 days), in order to avoid the suspension of their commercial registry.
This comes in accordance with the Commercial Registry System and its executive regulations, which require traders to submit an annual confirmation of the data recorded in the commercial registry to the registrar. The due date for the annual confirmation is exactly one year from the date of registration in the commercial registry, and the registrar will suspend the trader's registration in the commercial registry and the associated services if the annual confirmation is not submitted within 90 days from the due date.
The ministry indicated that the steps for the annual confirmation of commercial registry data are done electronically through the "Business Platform".
The Ministry of Commerce had issued today its brief bulletin for the business sector for the second quarter of 2025, including an overview of the performance and developments of the business sector in the Kingdom.
The bulletin addressed the total number of commercial registrations issued in the second quarter of this year, with more than 80,000 commercial registrations issued, bringing the total to over 1.7 million commercial registrations across all regions of the Kingdom.
The bulletin highlighted the development in promising sectors, showcasing the growth of commercial registrations in activities related to artificial intelligence, blockchain, big data, data analytics, financial activities, insurance, entertainment cities, gaming, and other promising activities in the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
The bulletin discussed the geographical distribution of issued and existing commercial registrations in promising sectors, and highlighted the registrations in e-commerce, as well as the key activities and events for the business sector in the Kingdom.
