التقى وزير الاستثمار المهندس خالد الفالح، في جدة اليوم، قيادات هيئة تطوير محافظة جدة، وذلك في إطار حرص الوزارة على رفع مستوى التعاون المشترك واستعراض الفرص الاستثمارية الواعدة، وتقديم الدعم الملائم بما يسهم في تحفيز مسيرة التنمية الشاملة لمحافظة جدة.
وأكد خلال اللقاء أهمية محافظة جدة كمحور اقتصادي وسياحي رئيسي في خارطة المملكة، مشيداً برؤية الهيئة في بناء مستقبل تنموي يرتكز على استثمار الإنسان والمكان.
فيما أوضح الرئيس التنفيذي للهيئة المهندس أيمن منسي، أن الهيئة تعمل على استشراف الفرص الاستثمارية الواعدة، وتمكين الشراكات التي تسهم في تحقيق تحول حضري شامل ومستدام في محافظة جدة.
وخلال اللقاء، قدّمت الهيئة عرضاً شاملاً عن أبرز المشروعات الإستراتيجية الجاري تنفيذها في المحافظة، التي تهدف إلى تطوير البنية التحتية، وتعزيز الهوية العمرانية وتحسين جودة الحياة، بما يتماشى مع مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030.
وشهد استعراض عدد من المبادرات المشتركة بين وزارة الاستثمار وهيئة تطوير محافظة جدة، الرامية إلى تعزيز البيئة الاستثمارية في المحافظة، وتطوير مسارات متكاملة لتسهيل الإجراءات، وتحفيز مشاركة القطاع الخاص.

The Minister of Investment, Engineer Khalid Al-Falih, met today in Jeddah with the leadership of the Jeddah Development Authority, as part of the ministry's commitment to enhancing joint cooperation, showcasing promising investment opportunities, and providing appropriate support to contribute to the comprehensive development journey of Jeddah.
During the meeting, he emphasized the importance of Jeddah as a major economic and tourism hub on the map of the Kingdom, praising the Authority's vision in building a developmental future based on investing in people and place.
The CEO of the Authority, Engineer Ayman Mansi, clarified that the Authority is working on anticipating promising investment opportunities and enabling partnerships that contribute to achieving a comprehensive and sustainable urban transformation in Jeddah.
During the meeting, the Authority presented a comprehensive overview of the most prominent strategic projects currently being implemented in the province, which aim to develop infrastructure, enhance urban identity, and improve the quality of life, in line with the targets of Saudi Vision 2030.
A number of joint initiatives between the Ministry of Investment and the Jeddah Development Authority were reviewed, aimed at enhancing the investment environment in the province, developing integrated pathways to facilitate procedures, and encouraging private sector participation.
