التقى رئيس وزراء جمهورية طاجيكستان قاهر رسول زاده بالعاصمة دوشنبيه، اليوم، رئيس اتحاد الغرف السعودية حسن الحويزي، والوفد المرافق له من المستثمرين وممثلي الجهات الحكومية، بحضور رئيس مجلس الأعمال السعودي الطاجيكي أحمد الدخيل، وسفير خادم الحرمين الشريفين لدى جمهورية طاجيكستان وليد بن عبدالرحمن الرشيدان.
وجرى خلال اللقاء، مناقشة فرص التعاون والاستثمار في طاجيكستان، خصوصاً في قطاعات الطاقة الكهرومائية والمتجددة، والصناعة والتعدين، والزراعة، والسياحة، والحوافز المقدمة للمستثمرين السعوديين.
وأكد الجانبان، أهمية دور مجلس الأعمال السعودي الطاجيكي، وضرورة إيجاد خط طيران مباشر لدعم التجارة والسياحة بين البلدين. وأبدى رئيس الوزراء استعدادهم لفتح الأجواء الطاجيكية لكل الشركات الراغبة بتوقيع اتفاقية طيران مباشر.
يذكر أنه على مدار العقد الماضي، شهدت طاجيكستان معدل نمو اقتصادي تجاوز 7.1% في المتوسط. ونما الاقتصاد بنسبة 8.4% في عام 2024، مدفوعاً بتدفقات التحويلات المالية.
وساهم النمو القوي، وارتفاع الأجور، والتحويلات المالية الدولية في خفض نسبة الفقراء من 32% من السكان في عام 2009 إلى ما يُقدر بـ 9.1% في عام 2024.
وتتمتع طاجيكستان بإمكانات نمو هائلة بفضل سكانها الشباب والمتنامي، إضافة إلى إمكاناتها في قطاعات مثل الزراعة وتصنيع الأغذية، والمياه والطاقة الكهرومائية، والموارد المعدنية، والسياحة.
وقد حددت حكومة طاجيكستان هدفاً طموحاً يتمثل في مضاعفة الدخل المحلي بأكثر من الضعف أو ثلاثة أضعاف بين عامي 2016 و2030، وهو ما يتطلب نموذج نمو جديداً يتمحور حول قطاع خاص ديناميكي. ويتطلب تعزيز النمو وفرص العمل إصلاحات هيكلية، وتحسين المنافسة، ومناخ الاستثمار، والوصول إلى التمويل، وكفاءة قطاع الطاقة، والتجارة، والنقل، والاتصال الرقمي، وتنمية رأس المال البشري.

The Prime Minister of the Republic of Tajikistan, Qahir Rasulzoda, met today in the capital Dushanbe with the President of the Saudi Chambers Federation, Hassan Al-Huwaizi, and the accompanying delegation of investors and government representatives, in the presence of the Chairman of the Saudi-Tajik Business Council, Ahmed Al-Dakhil, and the Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to the Republic of Tajikistan, Walid bin Abdulrahman Al-Rashidan.
During the meeting, opportunities for cooperation and investment in Tajikistan were discussed, particularly in the sectors of hydropower and renewable energy, industry and mining, agriculture, tourism, and the incentives offered to Saudi investors.
Both sides emphasized the importance of the Saudi-Tajik Business Council and the necessity of establishing a direct flight route to support trade and tourism between the two countries. The Prime Minister expressed their readiness to open Tajik airspace to all companies wishing to sign a direct flight agreement.
It is noteworthy that over the past decade, Tajikistan has experienced an average economic growth rate exceeding 7.1%. The economy grew by 8.4% in 2024, driven by remittance flows.
The strong growth, rising wages, and international remittances have contributed to reducing the poverty rate from 32% of the population in 2009 to an estimated 9.1% in 2024.
Tajikistan has immense growth potential due to its young and growing population, in addition to its capabilities in sectors such as agriculture and food manufacturing, water and hydropower, mineral resources, and tourism.
The Government of Tajikistan has set an ambitious goal of more than doubling or tripling the gross domestic income between 2016 and 2030, which requires a new growth model centered around a dynamic private sector. Enhancing growth and job opportunities necessitates structural reforms, improving competition, the investment climate, access to financing, energy sector efficiency, trade, transportation, digital connectivity, and human capital development.
