أظهرت بيانات رسمية أصدرتها الهيئة الوطنية للنقد الأجنبي في الصين أن أنواع الاستثمار المختلفة للمستثمرين الأجانب في الصين سجلت صافي زيادة بنحو 160 مليار دولار خلال الأشهر الخمسة الأولى من العام الحالي، وهو أداء أفضل بكثير مقارنة بالفترة نفسها من العام الماضي.
وتوقعت الهيئة أن يحافظ الاستثمار الأجنبي في الصين على زخم نموه، مدعوماً بالتطور الصناعي والابتكار التكنولوجي، إلى جانب جهود الانفتاح المستمرة والمرونة الاقتصادية.
وأظهرت البيانات أن هيكل الاستثمار الأجنبي في الصين واصل التحول نحو القطاعات الأعلى قيمة والأكثر اعتماداً على الابتكار، إذ ارتفعت تدفقات رأس المال الأجنبي إلى قطاعي الخدمات والتصنيع عالي التكنولوجيا خلال النصف الأول من العام الحالي بنسبة 61% على أساس سنوي، لتشكل 36% من إجمالي تدفقات رأس المال، بزيادة 11 نقطة مئوية على الفترة نفسها من العام الماضي.
وقال المتحدث باسم الهيئة لوكالة الأنباء الصينية «شينخوا» تشاو يوي تشاو: «إن الاستثمار الأجنبي في الصين تحول تدريجياً خلال السنوات الأخيرة من البحث عن مزايا التكلفة والحجم في إطار صُنع في الصين، إلى المشاركة في تطوير ابتُكر في الصين».
وأضاف أن التحول الصناعي المستمر والتقدم في الابتكار التكنولوجي في الصين يخلقان فرصاً استثمارية جديدة، ويوفران للمستثمرين الأجانب بيئة أكثر استقراراً وجاذبية للتنمية طويلة الأجل.
Official data released by the National Foreign Exchange Administration in China showed that various types of investment from foreign investors in China recorded a net increase of about $160 billion during the first five months of the current year, which is a significantly better performance compared to the same period last year.
The administration predicted that foreign investment in China would maintain its growth momentum, supported by industrial development and technological innovation, along with ongoing opening-up efforts and economic resilience.
The data indicated that the structure of foreign investment in China continued to shift towards higher-value sectors that are more reliant on innovation, as foreign capital inflows into the high-tech manufacturing and services sectors increased by 61% year-on-year during the first half of the current year, accounting for 36% of total capital inflows, an increase of 11 percentage points compared to the same period last year.
Spokesperson for the administration, Zhao Yuyue, told the Chinese news agency "Xinhua": "Foreign investment in China has gradually shifted in recent years from seeking cost and scale advantages under the 'Made in China' framework to participating in the development of 'Innovated in China'."
He added that the ongoing industrial transformation and advancements in technological innovation in China are creating new investment opportunities and providing foreign investors with a more stable and attractive environment for long-term development.
