ارتفعت العقود الآجلة للخام الأمريكي بأكثر من 20% في التعاملات المبكرة، اليوم (الإثنين)، لتصل إلى أعلى مستوى لها منذ يوليو 2022، إذ فاقم تنامي حدة الحرب الأمريكية الإسرائيلية على إيران المخاوف من تقلص الإمدادات وتعطل شحنات عبر مضيق هرمز لفترة طويلة.
وارتفعت العقود الآجلة للخام الأمريكي غرب تكساس الوسيط 16.31% إلى 105.73 دولار للبرميل. وارتفعت 22.4% إلى 111.24 دولار في وقت سابق من الجلسة.
36 % زيادة أسبوعية
وبلغ سعر برميل خام برنت، المعيار العالمي، 101.19 دولار بعد وقت قصير من استئناف التداول في بورصة شيكاغو التجارية، مرتفعاً بنسبة 9.2% عن سعر الإغلاق يوم الجمعة والبالغ 92.69 دولار.
وارتفع الخام القياسي 12% يوم الجمعة وسجل زيادة أسبوعية 36%.
U.S. crude oil futures rose by more than 20% in early trading today (Monday), reaching their highest level since July 2022, as the intensifying U.S.-Israeli war on Iran heightened concerns about supply shortages and prolonged disruptions to shipments through the Strait of Hormuz.
U.S. West Texas Intermediate crude futures rose 16.31% to $105.73 per barrel. They had increased by 22.4% to $111.24 earlier in the session.
36% Weekly Increase
The price of a barrel of Brent crude, the global benchmark, reached $101.19 shortly after trading resumed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, up 9.2% from Friday's closing price of $92.69.
The benchmark crude rose 12% on Friday and recorded a weekly increase of 36%.
