قال وزير الاستثمار السعودي خالد الفالح، اليوم السبت، إنه سيتم تفعيل قنوات التحويل بين مصارف السعودية وسورية.
وأضاف الفالح خلال توقيع اتفاقيات الاستثمارات السعودية الجديدة في سورية، أن هناك نقلة نوعية في التعاون مع سورية عبر مشروعات استراتيجية، لافتا إلى إبرام 80 اتفاقية ومذكرة تعاون مع سورية بقيمة تتجاوز 40 مليار ريال، وبين أن قيمة تطوير مطار حلب بلغت 7 مليارات ريال عبر صندوق "إيلاف.
وأشار أن شركات سعودية رائدة ستعمل على تطوير وتشغيل مطاري حلب، بالإضافة إلى تأسيس شركة طيران مشتركة.
وأكد الفالح أن الشراكة مع سورية تسير إلى الأمام بخطى مدروسة، وأنه سيتم توقيع 3 اتفاقيات لمشاريع عقارية كبرى تستهدف البنية التحتية السكنية والتجارية، مع توقيع اتفاقية لدعم قطاع المياه والطاقة في سورية.
وذكر وزير الاستثمار أن إعلان رفع العقوبات عن سورية في الرياض كان لحظة تاريخية.
ولفت إلى أن مجلس الأعمال السعودي السوري سيشرف على مشروعات استراتيجي.
Saudi Investment Minister Khalid Al-Falih said today, Saturday, that channels for transferring funds between banks in Saudi Arabia and Syria will be activated.
Al-Falih added during the signing of new Saudi investment agreements in Syria that there is a qualitative leap in cooperation with Syria through strategic projects, noting that 80 agreements and memorandums of cooperation have been signed with Syria worth over 40 billion riyals. He pointed out that leading Saudi companies will work on the development and operation of Aleppo airports, in addition to establishing a joint airline.
Al-Falih confirmed that the partnership with Syria is moving forward with calculated steps, and that three agreements for major real estate projects targeting residential and commercial infrastructure will be signed, along with an agreement to support the water and energy sector in Syria.
The Investment Minister mentioned that the announcement of lifting sanctions on Syria in Riyadh was a historic moment.
He noted that the Saudi-Syrian Business Council will oversee strategic projects.
