أكد وزير الاقتصاد والتخطيط فيصل الإبراهيم أن السعودية تفتح أبوابها للعالم، وأعدت تشريعات ذكية ونظما رقمية توفر حاجة المستثمرين الدوليين.
وكشف خلال ملتقى الأعمال السعودي - الإسباني تنفيذ أكثر من 900 إصلاح تشريعي مكنت من إيجاد بيئة استثمارية لا تعتمد على تغيير القوانين وحسب، بل غيرت طريقة العمل لتعزيز الشراكة بين الجانبين.
ودعا الإبراهيم المستثمرين الإسبان للمساعدة في «الفصل الثاني» من التعاون السعودي - الإسباني، لافتا إلى أنه تم إصدار 36 ألف رخصة أعمال وأكثر من 6 آلاف شركة منذ إطلاق رؤية 2030.
وأوضح أن المملكة تقدم مستقبلا يركز على مشهد استثماري في قطاعات عدة، ولديها موقع قيادي في التحول الرقمي، مشيرا إلى أن الغرض واضح وهو تفحص الفرص الجديدة وتقوية الشراكات من أجل قيمة مضافة في القطاعات المختلفة.

The Minister of Economy and Planning, Faisal Al-Ibrahim, confirmed that Saudi Arabia is opening its doors to the world, having prepared smart legislation and digital systems that meet the needs of international investors.
During the Saudi-Spanish Business Forum, he revealed the implementation of more than 900 legislative reforms that have created an investment environment that relies not only on changing laws but also on transforming the way of working to enhance partnership between the two sides.
Al-Ibrahim invited Spanish investors to assist in the "second chapter" of Saudi-Spanish cooperation, noting that 36,000 business licenses and more than 6,000 companies have been issued since the launch of Vision 2030.
He explained that the Kingdom offers a future focused on an investment landscape in various sectors and has a leading position in digital transformation, pointing out that the purpose is clear: to explore new opportunities and strengthen partnerships for added value in different sectors.
