أعلن نائب رئيس الوزراء الروسي ألكسندر نوفاك، اليوم (الأحد)، أن روسيا ممتثلة تماما للالتزامات ضمن اتفاقات تحالف «أوبك+».
وأفاد التحالف في بيان له بأن ثمانية أعضاء في «أوبك+» اتفقوا على زيادة إنتاج النفط بمقدار 137 ألف برميل يوميا في أكتوبر القادم.
وقال نوفاك، متحدثا عبر التلفزيون الرسمي الروسي بعد اجتماع المجموعة: «سوق النفط متوازنة والاتفاق ينفذ على أعلى مستوى».
وقال: «اتفقنا على مراقبة وضع السوق. وستكون لدينا فرص في المستقبل وكذلك الاجتماع شهريا لاتخاذ قرارات بناء على حالة السوق».
وأضاف: «في ما يتعلق بروسيا، فإننا نفي بالتزاماتنا كاملة، سواء من حيث تعويضات الإنتاج أو زيادة الكميات المتفق عليها في الفترات السابقة».
زيادة الإنتاج
وكانت الدول الثماني الأعضاء في مجموعة «أوبك+»، قررت تنفيذ تعديل في الإنتاج بزيادة قدرها 137 ألف برميل يوميا اعتبارا من بداية أكتوبر 2025، في ظل أساسيات السوق الإيجابية والنظرة المستقرة للاقتصاد العالمي.
ويأتي هذا التعديل المقرر الشهر القادم من إجمالي كميات الخفض الطوعية الإضافية البالغة 1.65 مليون برميل يوميا، التي أعلن عنها في أبريل 2023، وتجري إعادتها بشكل جزئي أو كامل، تدريجيا، حسب متغيرات السوق.

Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak announced today (Sunday) that Russia is fully compliant with its commitments under the "OPEC+" alliance agreements.
The alliance stated in a statement that eight members of "OPEC+" agreed to increase oil production by 137,000 barrels per day in October.
Novak, speaking via Russian state television after the group's meeting, said: "The oil market is balanced, and the agreement is being implemented at the highest level."
He added: "We agreed to monitor the market situation. We will have opportunities in the future as well as monthly meetings to make decisions based on the state of the market."
He continued: "Regarding Russia, we are fully meeting our commitments, both in terms of production compensation and increasing the quantities agreed upon in previous periods."
Production Increase
The eight member countries of the "OPEC+" group decided to implement a production adjustment by increasing it by 137,000 barrels per day starting from the beginning of October 2025, in light of positive market fundamentals and a stable outlook for the global economy.
This scheduled adjustment next month comes from the total voluntary additional cuts of 1.65 million barrels per day, announced in April 2023, which are being gradually restored partially or fully, depending on market variables.
