تخطط وزارة الصناعة الصينية لحظر إعادة بيع السيارات في غضون 6 أشهر من تسجيلها الأولي، كجزء من الجهود المبذولة لمكافحة مبيعات ما يُسمى بالسيارات المستعملة عديمة الأميال.
وظهرت السيارات المستعملة عديمة الأميال في الصين نتيجة للمنافسة الشرسة على المبيعات في أكبر سوق سيارات في العالم، التي تعاني من حرب أسعار وحشية استمرت سنوات بسبب فائض الطاقة الإنتاجية المزمن.
وتتضمن هذه الممارسة تأمين السيارة الجديدة قبل بيعها، ما يسمح لشركات صناعة السيارات وتجارها بتحقيق أهداف المبيعات، لكنها قد تسبب متاعب للعملاء.
وأشارت مجلة «أوتو ريفيو» التابعة لجمعية مصنعي السيارات الصينية، إلى الخطة في مقال افتتاحي نُشر على حسابها على منصة وي تشات.
وقالت: «إن جمعية تجار السيارات الصينية، وهي مجموعة صناعية أخرى، اقترحت بشكل منفصل نظاماً ترميزياً لصادرات السيارات المستعملة».
وأضافت الافتتاحية أن شركتي شيري وبي واي دي من بين الشركات التي تخطط لمحاسبة التجار على المخالفات، بما في ذلك ترخيص السيارات قبل بيعها.
وفي حال تطبيق هذه الإجراءات، سيمثل هذا أول إجراء سياسي تتخذه الحكومة الصينية لوقف هذه الممارسة التي أصبحت قضية وطنية بعد أن انتقدها الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة جريت وول موتور وي جيانجون، في مايو الماضي.

The Chinese Ministry of Industry plans to ban the resale of cars within 6 months of their initial registration, as part of efforts to combat the sales of so-called zero-mile used cars.
Zero-mile used cars have emerged in China due to fierce competition for sales in the world's largest car market, which has been suffering from a brutal price war lasting for years due to chronic overcapacity.
This practice involves securing the new car before selling it, allowing automakers and their dealers to meet sales targets, but it can cause trouble for customers.
The "Auto Review" magazine, affiliated with the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, mentioned the plan in an editorial published on its WeChat account.
It stated: "The China Automobile Dealers Association, another industry group, has separately proposed a coding system for used car exports."
The editorial added that Chery and BYD are among the companies planning to hold dealers accountable for violations, including licensing cars before selling them.
If these measures are implemented, it will represent the first political action taken by the Chinese government to stop this practice, which has become a national issue after it was criticized by Great Wall Motor's CEO Wei Jianjun last May.
