رفعت الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، اليوم، الرسوم الجمركية التي تفرضها على منتجات الصلب والألمنيوم التي تستوردها من 25 إلى 50% تنفيذاً لقرار أعلنه الرئيس دونالد ترمب.
وكان مرسوم مضاعفة الرسوم نُشر أمس، ودخل حيز التنفيذ عند الساعة 00:01 بالتوقيت المحلي الساعة 04:01.
وكان قطاع الصلب والألمنيوم أول المستهدفة بالرسوم الجمركية التي فرضها الرئيس الأمريكي مع اعتماد رسوم جمركية إضافية نسبتها 25% اعتباراً من 12 مارس الماضي.
The United States of America has raised the tariffs imposed on steel and aluminum products imported from 25% to 50%, in implementation of a decision announced by President Donald Trump.
The decree to double the tariffs was published yesterday and came into effect at 00:01 local time, which is 04:01 UTC.
The steel and aluminum sector was the first targeted by the tariffs imposed by the American president, with an additional 25% tariff implemented starting March 12 of last year.
