عادت الأزمة بين مؤدي المهرجانات حسن شاكوش وطليقته ريم طارق بعد صدور حكم نهائي يلزم شاكوش بسداد نفقة المتعة والعدة، مع استمرار بدء إجراءات الحجز على أمواله وممتلكاته لضمان تنفيذ الحكم.
الحجز على الممتلكات
وأكد محامي ريم طارق في بيان صحفي، أن موكلته استلمت الصيغة التنفيذية للحكم النهائي، مشيرًا إلى أن الحكم غير قابل للطعن، ما يسمح مباشرة ببدء الحجز على حسابات وعقارات ومنقولات شاكوش.
في أكتوبر الماضي، أصدرت محكمة الأسرة حكمًا بالحجز على أموال شاكوش في البنوك، وتم بالفعل حجز 950 ألف جنيه من حساباته، مع استمرار الإجراءات لتشمل أي أرصدة أو ممتلكات أخرى يثبت امتلاكها قانونيًا.
تحذير قانوني
وقال المحامي إن امتناع شاكوش عن دفع المبلغ قد يعرضه لعقوبة الحبس وفق قانون الأحوال الشخصية، مؤكدًا أن الحكم نهائي وملزم بالتنفيذ فورًا.

وكانت ريم طارق رفعت سابقاً دعوى لزيادة النفقة، مستندة إلى تقارير رسمية تكشف أرباح شاكوش من الحفلات والمنصات الرقمية، واعتمدت المحكمة هذه المعلومات عند تحديد المبلغ المستحق لها.

Reem Tarek's lawyer confirmed in a press statement that his client has received the executive copy of the final ruling, noting that the ruling is not subject to appeal, which allows for the immediate commencement of the seizure of Shakosh's accounts, properties, and movable assets.
Last October, the Family Court issued a ruling to seize Shakosh's funds in the banks, and 950,000 Egyptian pounds have already been seized from his accounts, with procedures continuing to include any other balances or properties that he is legally proven to own.
Legal Warning
The lawyer stated that Shakosh's refusal to pay the amount may expose him to imprisonment under personal status law, emphasizing that the ruling is final and must be executed immediately.
