It is a national educational initiative in partnership between the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Culture, aimed at discovering, nurturing, and developing cultural talents among students in general education stages.

The school day is divided into two periods:

The morning period: dedicated to basic academic subjects according to the Ministry of Education's curriculum.

From 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM: basic subjects.

12. What type of certificates will the student receive?

At the end of each academic year, the student will receive:

- An official certificate issued by the Ministry of Education representing the educational stage they are enrolled in.

- A specialized certificate in the cultural field (not mandatory) if they pass a standardized test or an accredited artistic evaluation in that specialty from an officially recognized body (locally or internationally).
