تنظّم وزارة الثقافة «الأسبوع الثقافي السعودي في مدينة أوساكا - اليابان» خلال الفترة من 12 - 15 يوليو الجاري في مقر معرض إكسبو 2025 أوساكا.
وتركّز الفعالية على «عام الحرف اليدوية 2025»، كونه عنصرًا ثقافيًا بارزًا في الثقافة السعودية، ما يُبرز المشغولات اليدوية النوعية، وإبداعات الحِرفيين السعوديين لدى المجتمع الياباني والدولي، بالتزامن مع الاحتفاء بالذكرى السبعين على العلاقات الدبلوماسية بين المملكة واليابان.
ويشارك في الأسبوع الثقافي هيئة التراث، والمعهد الملكي للفنون التقليدية (وِرث)، ومبادرة مركز الأمير محمد بن سلمان العالمي للخط العربي، التي ستُقدم جميعُها مجموعةً من الأنشطة التفاعلية التي تُجسّد التراث السعودي، وما يتميّز به من غنىً ثقافيٍّ متجذّر في عمق التاريخ، وتعكس ثراء الفنون السعودية المتنوعة، كما تُشارك دارة الملك عبدالعزيز بعرض محتوى فوتوغرافي يتناول العلاقات بين المملكة واليابان.
ويُقدّم جناح المملكة المشارك في معرض إكسبو 2025 أكثر من 700 فعالية ثقافية متنوعة، تُتيح للزائر خوض تجربة شاملة تُحاكي تنوّع المملكة وثرائها الحضاري، كما يعرض الجناح محتوى توعويًا متكاملًا يُعرّف الزوّار بمكوّناته المتعددة، التي تتجاوز الجانب الثقافي لتشمل الاستدامة والتحوّل الوطني، من خلال عروض إبداعية ومعرفية تُجسّد روح السعودية، وتُبرز ملامحها الحاضرة والمستقبلية.
ويُعَدُّ الأسبوع الثقافي السعودي في اليابان - أوساكا، امتدادًا للأسابيع الثقافية التي دأبت وزارة الثقافة على تنظيمها بشكلٍ دوري، بهدف تعزيز التبادل الثقافي الدولي باعتباره أحد أهداف الإستراتيجية الوطنية للثقافة، تحت مظلة رؤية المملكة 2030، الذي تسعى من خلاله إلى تعميق الروابط الثقافية بين المملكة واليابان وشعبيهما الصديقين، وفتح آفاقٍ للتعاون الدولي في المجالات الإبداعية، بما يُسهم في ترسيخ الحضور الثقافي السعودي عالميًا.
The Ministry of Culture is organizing the "Saudi Cultural Week in Osaka, Japan" from July 12 to 15 at the Expo 2025 Osaka venue.
The event focuses on the "Year of Handicrafts 2025," as it is a prominent cultural element in Saudi culture, highlighting quality handmade crafts and the creativity of Saudi artisans to the Japanese and international community, coinciding with the celebration of the seventieth anniversary of diplomatic relations between the Kingdom and Japan.
The cultural week will feature participation from the Heritage Authority, the Royal Institute for Traditional Arts (Wirth), and the Prince Mohammed bin Salman Global Center for Arabic Calligraphy initiative, all of which will present a variety of interactive activities that embody Saudi heritage and its rich cultural depth rooted in history, reflecting the diversity of Saudi arts. Additionally, the King Abdulaziz Foundation will showcase photographic content addressing the relations between the Kingdom and Japan.
The Kingdom's pavilion at Expo 2025 will present over 700 diverse cultural activities, allowing visitors to experience a comprehensive journey that simulates the diversity and rich civilization of the Kingdom. The pavilion will also display integrated educational content that introduces visitors to its various components, extending beyond the cultural aspect to include sustainability and national transformation, through creative and informative presentations that embody the spirit of Saudi Arabia and highlight its current and future features.
The Saudi Cultural Week in Japan - Osaka, is an extension of the cultural weeks that the Ministry of Culture has been organizing periodically, aiming to enhance international cultural exchange as one of the objectives of the national culture strategy, under the umbrella of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, which seeks to deepen cultural ties between the Kingdom and Japan and their friendly peoples, and open avenues for international cooperation in creative fields, contributing to the establishment of a global Saudi cultural presence.
