تحفّظ عدد من المثقفين على خطاب صادر عن وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية، بحلّ مجالس إدارات أندية أدبية، موقّع من وزير الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعيّة المهندس أحمد الراجحي، وتم إرسال الخطاب على إيميلات الأندية المُخاطبة بالقرار، من إيميل الوزارة (مركز القطاع غير الربحي)، كما أكد عدد من لجان الأندية لـ«عكاظ». وتضمن الخطاب الصادر قراراً بتكليف مجالس إدارة مؤقتة مؤلفة من خمسة أعضاء، معظمهم من خارج مناطق الأندية المشمولة بالقرارات. ويرى عدد من الأعضاء المكلفين الواردة أسماؤهم في الخطابات بأنه لم يستشرهم ولم يبلغهم بتكليفهم أحد، وليس لدى بعضهم استعداد للانتقال إلى منطقة غير منطقته كون في كل منطقة عشرات المثقفين الأكفاء، ولأن المخالفات التي تتحفظ عليها الوزارة التي وردت في الخطابات تحتاج متخصصين في القانون والمحاسبة، بحسب قولهم. كما أبدوا دهشةً من صيغة عزل، ومخاطبة مجالس إدارات، علماً بأن الذين يسيّرون عمل الأندية لجان.
A number of intellectuals have expressed reservations about a letter issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, regarding the dissolution of the boards of directors of literary clubs, signed by the Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, Engineer Ahmed Al-Rajhi. The letter was sent to the emails of the clubs addressed by the decision, from the ministry's email (Non-Profit Sector Center), as confirmed by several club committees to "Okaz." The letter included a decision to appoint temporary boards of directors consisting of five members, most of whom are from outside the regions of the clubs covered by the decisions. Some of the appointed members whose names appeared in the letters believe that they were not consulted or informed about their appointment, and some are not willing to move to a region outside their own, given that each region has dozens of competent intellectuals. They also stated that the violations that the ministry has reservations about, as mentioned in the letters, require specialists in law and accounting, according to their statements. They also expressed surprise at the dismissal format and the addressing of boards of directors, noting that those who manage the clubs are committees.
