كشفت الفنانة المصرية أروى جودة أنها مرت في وقت سابق بمرحلة فكرت خلالها جديًا في الاعتزال عن التمثيل، مؤكدة أن الأمر ارتبط بظروف شخصية ورغبتها في منح حياتها الأسرية الأولوية إذا أتيحت لها فرصة الاستقرار والزواج.
فكرة الاعتزال
وأوضحت أروى، خلال تصريحات تلفزيونية، أن فكرة الاعتزال لم تكن نابعة من عدم حبها للفن، وإنما من قناعتها بأهمية التوازن بين الحياة المهنية والشخصية، مشيرة إلى أنها كانت مستعدة لاتخاذ تلك الخطوة إذا تطلب الأمر التفرغ لتكوين أسرة.
ارتباط سابق
وأضافت أن هناك شخصًا كانت ترتبط به في ذلك الوقت، وكانت حريصة على التأكيد له أن الزواج والحياة العائلية يمثلان جزءًا مهمًا من أولوياتها، لذلك تحدثت بصراحة عن إمكانية الابتعاد عن المجال الفني.
وأشارت إلى أن أسرة هذا الشخص لم تقتنع بقرارها، واعتبرت أن ابتعادها عن التمثيل لن يستمر طويلًا، بل ستعود إلى ممارسة عملها الفني بعد فترة من الزواج، وهو ما أثار العديد من النقاشات حينها.
زواجها من أجنبي
كما ردت أروى جودة على الانتقادات المتعلقة بزواجها من أجنبي، مؤكدة أنها لم ترفض الارتباط برجل مصري، لكنها ترى أن شهرتها وعملها في التمثيل قد يدفعان بعض الرجال إلى التردد في الارتباط بها بسبب الضغوط الاجتماعية ونظرة المحيطين بهم.
