أعلنت الفنانة المغربية بسمة بوسيل، مقاضاة عرّافة تُدعى كابي عبدالله، واتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة ضدها، على خلفية التشهير بها عبر منصات التواصل الاجتماعي، وادعائها بأنها على صلة بمرض طليقها الفنان المصري تامر حسني، وخضوعه لعملية استئصال جزئي من الكلى في نوفمبر الماضي.

وكشف فريق دفاع بسمة بوسيل، الدوافع الرئيسية لتحريك الدعوى ضد «كابي»، مشيراً إلى أنّ الأخيرة خرجت عبر مقاطع مصورة نشرتها على حساباتها المختلفة بمنصات التواصل الاجتماعي خلال الأيام الماضية، تضمنت السب والقذف والتشهير في حق الفنانة بسمه بوسيل، وإشاعة أخبار كاذبة ليس لها أى أساس من الصحة أو الصدق.
الأخبار المتداولة تحمل الإساءة والتشهير
وأكد فريق الدفاع، بأنّ تلك الأخبار المتداولة تحمل الإساءة والتشهير بنساء دولة المغرب الشقيق، الأمر الذي تم معه اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية، وتحريك الدعوى الجنائية ضدها، وكل من ينشر تلك الأخبار الكاذبة، والأمر الآن في يد السلطات المختصة.
وأثارت كابي عبدالله جدلًا واسعًا عبر منصات التواصل الاجتماعي خلال الأسابيع القليلة الماضية، حيث روّجت شائعات عدة بشأن عدد من الفنانين، لعل أبرزهم مي عزالدين، والمطرب الشعبي الراحل إسماعيل الليثي وغيرهما.
وحرصت بسمة بوسيل على دعم طليقها تامر حسني في أزمته الصحية، وطمأنت جمهوره بشأن حالته الصحية. وقالت خلال تصريحات تلفزيونية، على هامش حضورها حفل توزيع جوائز ذا بيست «The Best»: «تامر أحسن بكتير والحمد لله وإن شاء الله هيتحسن وهيبقى أحسن كمان وطبعًا بدعيله من قلبي ويارب عمره ما يشوف أي شيء وحش».

Kabi Abdullah has sparked widespread controversy on social media platforms over the past few weeks, as she promoted several rumors about various artists, most notably Mai Ezz El-Din and the late popular singer Ismail El-Laythi, among others.
Basma Boussel has been keen to support her ex-husband Tamer Hosny during his health crisis and reassured his fans about his health condition. She stated during television remarks, on the sidelines of her attendance at The Best awards ceremony: "Tamer is much better, thank God, and hopefully he will improve and be even better, and of course, I pray for him from my heart, and may he never see anything bad."
