رد الإعلامي محمود سعد على الجدل المثار بين الجمهور حول عدم استعانة المطربة المصرية أنغام بالأطباء المصريين وسفرها إلى ألمانيا وتلقيها العلاج هناك، مؤكدا أن قرارها لا يقلل من قيمة الطب المصري.
وأوضح محمود سعد في مقطع فيديو عبر حسابه بالفيسبوك، أنه هو أول من نصحها بالسفر إلى ألمانيا لوجود مستشفى متخصص في كل ما يتعلق بأمراض البنكرياس بأشكالها، لافتًا إلى أن هذا لا يقلل أو يشكك في قيمة الطب المصري.
وتابع محمود سعد: «لما أنغام قالتلي بعاني من مرض في البنكرياس، قلتلها أفضل مستشفى للبنكرياس في ألمانيا، وده لا يقل من الطب المصري ولا حد يقدر يشكك ويقل منه، الأطباء المصريون ممتازون في الخارج».
وأضاف: «هل عندنا في الوطن العربي أطباء تخصصوا في البنكرياس وبيعملوا عمليات يوميًا الإجابة لا، وأن يتقال أن الطب المصري مش تمام وإزاي هي سابته، كلام مش منطقي ومش صحيح في حدود الإمكانيات المتاحة للطبيب وللبحث العلمي هو ممتاز، ولكن في حاجات متطورة وأجهزة حديثة».
وتحدث محمود سعد عن علاقته بأنغام، لافتًا إلى أنه تجمعه علاقة صداقة عميقة امتدت إلى 27 سنة، ولم يحدث بيننا يوماً أي اختلاف في وجهات النظر وبيننا ثقة متبادلة وتجاوزنا مراحل صعبة سويا.
Media personality Mahmoud Saad responded to the controversy raised among the public regarding the Egyptian singer Angham's decision not to consult Egyptian doctors and to travel to Germany for treatment, affirming that her decision does not diminish the value of Egyptian medicine.
Mahmoud Saad explained in a video clip on his Facebook account that he was the first to advise her to travel to Germany because there is a specialized hospital for all matters related to pancreatic diseases in various forms, noting that this does not diminish or cast doubt on the value of Egyptian medicine.
He continued: "When Angham told me she was suffering from a pancreatic disease, I told her the best hospital for the pancreas is in Germany, and this does not diminish Egyptian medicine, nor can anyone doubt or belittle it; Egyptian doctors are excellent abroad."
He added: "Do we have in the Arab world doctors specialized in the pancreas who perform surgeries daily? The answer is no. To say that Egyptian medicine is not good and how she left it is illogical and not true. Within the limits of the available capabilities for the doctor and scientific research, it is excellent, but there are advanced technologies and modern devices."
Mahmoud Saad spoke about his relationship with Angham, pointing out that they share a deep friendship that has lasted for 27 years, and there has never been any disagreement between them; they have mutual trust and have overcome difficult stages together.
