توعد الفنان المصري أحمد وفيق باتخاذ إجراءات قانونية صارمة ضد مروّجي مقطع فيديو مفبرك، تم تداوله عبر منصة «تيك توك»، يتضمن اتهامات كاذبة تمس سمعته، وتربطه زوراً بقضية تتعلق بتجارة الأعضاء البشرية.
وفي منشور على صفحته الرسمية بـ«فيسبوك»، أوضح وفيق بأن الفيديو المتداول تم التلاعب به بشكل متعمَّد، إذ يعود في الأصل إلى رسالة تهنئة مصورة وجّهها إلى «نوح»، نجل صديقه الفنان محمد عطية، بمناسبة عيد ميلاده، قبل أن يتم تحريف المقطع بإدراج مكالمة صوتية مزيفة بصوت شبيه بصوته، توحي بتورطه في قضية جنائية خطيرة.
وقال: «في شخص نزّل فيديو لي على تيك توك، وأنا بهنّئ نوح، ابن صديقي محمد عطية، بمناسبة عيد ميلاده، وقام بتركيب مكالمة صوتية عليه بين رجل وسيدة من تيك توك، الصوت يشبه صوتي، ويُوحي بأنني طرف في تجارة أعضاء». وتابع وفيق: «سأقوم بعمل بلاغ، وأي حد سيعيد نشر هذا الفيديو أو يشهّر بي لن أرحمه، وسأحاسبه بالقانون»، معتبراً ما حدث تشهيراً فجاً وتجنياً صارخاً على سمعته، مؤكداً عدم صمته أمام هذا الانتهاك، وتكليف فريقه القانوني باتخاذ كل الإجراءات اللازمة لحذف الفيديو، وملاحقة المتورطين في صناعته ونشره.
The Egyptian artist Ahmed Wafiq has vowed to take strict legal action against those who promote a fabricated video that has been circulated on the "TikTok" platform, containing false accusations that tarnish his reputation and falsely link him to a case involving human organ trafficking.
In a post on his official "Facebook" page, Wafiq explained that the circulated video was deliberately manipulated, as it originally comes from a congratulatory video message he sent to "Noah," the son of his friend artist Mohamed Atiyah, on the occasion of his birthday, before the clip was distorted by inserting a fake voice call resembling his voice, suggesting his involvement in a serious criminal case.
He said: "There is a person who uploaded a video of me on TikTok, where I am congratulating Noah, the son of my friend Mohamed Atiyah, on his birthday, and he added a voice call between a man and a woman from TikTok, the voice resembles mine, and implies that I am involved in organ trafficking." Wafiq continued: "I will file a report, and anyone who re-shares this video or defames me will not be spared, and I will hold them accountable legally," considering what happened a blatant defamation and a gross injustice to his reputation, affirming that he will not remain silent in the face of this violation, and has tasked his legal team with taking all necessary actions to remove the video and pursue those involved in its creation and dissemination.
